One of the most important things to keep in mind is that a Judge believes there is Probable Cause that Trump committed a Crime/Crimes. 

I expect Trump to be indicted after the Midterms. I also expect the Charges will be increased to include several other crimes related to 1/6.

So turns out that subpoena for the CCTV tapes wasn't for the day of the raid, but of the days after they ordered the room to be padlocked.
