Something folks aren't talking much about... Is something up with Slay?

I think it was Solak or kapadia  that talked about the Washington game with mclaurin and the Colts kind of replicated it with Pittman. Teams are moving their best wide receiver into the slot, and if the Eagles moves slay into the slot, that’s not where he normally plays. So he’s at a disadvantage. And if they don’t move them into the slot, they were attacking Scott with their best weapon. Scott is just not very good for the most part.

Jesus, Dallas are giving them the work.

Pollard just absolutely destroying the Vikings.

I think the last game was more on Scott. Not sure about today.

Patch the interior of the DL - check

Hurts on a comeback win in the last minute - check

Bounce back W after the 1st L - check

Just win baby!

Good teams find ways to win ugly. The problem is we have played ugly for pretty much three weeks now. And while the playoffs are pretty much a lock at this point, the one seed and especially the division is not.

And this is why I feel both good and bad after this game. On the one hand it was ugly and we saw similar issues to the last few weeks (plus other games this year). On the other hand good teams find ways to win and we did that today. So it's kind of that middle ground. Ultimately at this time of the year the wins matter most and just get that #1 seed.

With Suh/Joseph playing well, I'm not as worried about the next 2 weeks. We're a split-safety team. Rodgers won't hit those deep shots to Watson. They don't have a WR as good as Pittman or McLaurin either.

Dallas might be the toughest nfc matchup for us

As much as it pains me, the Boys beating Minny does help us overall.  We just need the Gmen to bounce back on Thanksgiving and take them down.

They had 6 injuries today. Dallas will annihilate them.

This is when you come away with 3pts after a hard fought W in Stoke in February.  You were the better team but you were in danger of dropping pts all game long and then pulled them all out in the end.

Never was worried about the run defense costing the Eagles games. The Eagles run defense is not going to lose the games unless it's coupled with bad pass defense on 3rd downs and/or turnovers on offense. If the Eagles take care of the football and hold teams on 3rd and long, I don't care what Jones and Henry do unless they average like 8 YPC.

I'm more worried about Hurts playing that tough Titans defense than the Eagles run D tbh.

I literally said tonight to someone that those are the games that can win you a championship. I'm not saying we will but if we do it's those close hard fought games where you could easily have lost that you look back at.

Yeah the giants lost to the cowboys with cooper rush at QB. Say whatever we want but their offense with Dak is much better. I suspect the giants get rolled in that game especially on the short week

But Rodgers is a million times better than Ryan and Heineken

This weeks prediction winner goes to @LeanMeanGM who predicted a close Eagles win by the score of 21-17. Rumor has it not only is he smart, but very handsome too.

Bonus prediction winners:

@garingovt2000 going out on a limb with AJ Brown does better than 1 reception for 7 yards

@Fresh_Prince @Greenakers2 @Texas Eagle and @Westbrook#36 with Taylor held to less than 100.

@garingovt2000 should be subtracted points for picking such a lame bonus

That's exactly right. You can point to all sorts of short comings but in the end of the day you overcame adversity, scored in the very end of the game, and took the W. That's the bottom linel

Dallas with the beat down on the vikes

Not sure that’s a catch but I’m guessing it stands.

Won’t happen.

Exactly and overcoming that adversity is key. They'll need to do that a few times between now and February if they are going to win the lot! And this team can point to tonight and say they have plenty of character.

Already beat em once

Giants are a joke. I think the Titans beat the girls and the Eagles beat them. Only 2 Ls left on the girls schedule

The idea of Washington putting pressure on somebody in the standings, other than for last place, should be ridiculous.
