Here's the problem - at least from my perspective. This place used to be the go-to for intelligent and insightful discussion of football and a wide range of other topics. A haven away from the madness (and frankly stupidity) of TATE. Over time it became less and less distinguishable from TATE and that's a big reason why I (and presumably many others who I used to see in here) don't post as much any more. I mean it's 53 man roster cut down day for crying out loud! I expected to see volumes of intelligent debate over roster battles and composition. A few participated yesterday but mostly it's just trash that's wasting everyone's time and belongs in TATE - if anywhere at all.

Serious question - have you guys considered starting a Discord server? Over time I've moved away from message boards and towards Discord. It has many advantages.

There's 0.0 chance Lurie goes after Lamar. He's not going to pay a huge contract to a QB who's likely going to get more injured as the years go on, and has likely already peaked. And after this Hurts abomination is done with, there's no chance Lurie sticks with a QB who isn't primarily a passer. They've targeted Zach Wilson, Watson, Wilson and even the signing of Strong and Sinnett shows they are looking for a more traditional QB.

A quick google search as you call it reveals he has only ever had one relationship, and is on again/off again with this woman. He comes across in all of his media as somebody who may be a homosexual. I’d say if you have young kids stay in OC. If you have older kids like we do, Cape May is perfect. Wildwood boardwalk isn’t a far drive either if need be. But we love CM. My sister in law and brother in law live there full time in Rio Grande so we get to spend a lot of our summers with them as well.

Look at Laurie's history as owner, we have decades of it to look at.  What's a common theme about the QBs he has invested highly in via both draft and large contracts?  McNabb, Vick & Wentz.  All three QBs were athletic mobile QBs who could use their legs to make plays.  That is the type of QB that Lurie prefers and fits his mold.  That is what Lamar Jackson is. LOL at you citing the signing of Strong as a UDFA who MO this later got cut as any indication of what Lurie and the Eagles want as their franchise QB. See this is why the claim that its just a troll is a joke because you people genuinely are detached from reality when it comes to Carson Strong.

I posted my 53 yesterday. No huge surprises other than I think Devon Allen earned himself a shot at WR6 due to his gunner capabilities. And I guess Blankenship making it would be sort of a surprise but I have him as S3. Love him in the draft and was thrilled we scooped him up.

Yeah I’ve been WFH since before it was cool. Unparalleled flexibility. We’re about 2.25 hours from Cape May but we spend the majority of mid June-Labor Day there, so the drive doesn’t get done much.
