July 11, 20251 yr I know I said I wanted DD to extend Ranger and I still think when he's on he's absolutely dominant but if it came down to he could only extend one of Ranger/Sanchez, I'd go Sanchez too. Sanchez is having an unbelievable year and has more innings than Ranger and not showing signs of slowing down which seems to happen every year with Ranger.

July 12, 20251 yr It’s is already 3 runs for the padres. And we haven’t even gotten our bullpen. Feels like unless the Phillies score something like six or seven runs tonight they aren’t winning and I don’t think they’re scoring 6 or seven based off the first two innings

Frankly Amaro kind of let the cat out of the bag last year when he said he’s never in great shape and it is something the Phillies are concerned about. I don’t think Amaro was supposed to say that but i do think that’s part of why he has his issues
