Give it until the All Star break. Then you make some moves, roster wise and Coaches, if necessary.

Its too early in the season for me to hate this team/staff already but the scoreless inning streaks we've been seeing for years and it really grinds you down. I keep getting less patient with Topper/DD every time this crap happens... and against crap teams too, doesn't seem to matter. But lets keep bringing back Kevin Long every year because everyone loves him - just another example of the run it back mindset.

I wanna say I have hope for the Phillies, but their offense has been absolutely brutal. In their last 5 games they’ve scored over 2 runs once. Since the beginning of the season, they’ve scored three runs or less 7 out of their 12 games.

Luzardo crap again

I'm at the point watching this team that it's more of a hate watch than enjoyment. Typical clowns- they score 4 in the first then go completely silent the rest of the game, including striking out 13 times. Still have 2 more innings after this so that number will certainly go up.

Luzardo stinks. Good thing DD was quick to extend him 27M per for the next 5 years.

One other thing this season will demonstrate, which should have been anticipated, is that the starting rotation is meaningfully regressed from last year.

Slow start to the season. They will come around. It's only April. 😎🙃

Walker might get through 2 innings

walker is still on this team cause Dave and the Phillies refuse to just cut the cord. He’s been awful for most of his tenure here and should’ve been gone this offseason along with Castellanos.

Jt not challenging the 0-2 pitch to perdomo was a mistake. Was a strike right on the top corner and they are out of this inning instead gave up a run

Good news? They won. Bad news? They have only scored in 2 of their last 38 innings and struck out 11 more times today. 🤣
