October 6, 20242 yr I missed Harper's home run getting my dinner out of the oven (since I assumed he was just going to get out the way things have been going), so I rewound to watch it, and man was it majestic. Went back to live only to realize that I had missed Castellanos's home run. Rewound to watch that... Can't begin to express the disappointment I felt when I went back to live to see that Stott had not homered.

Can't begin to express the disappointment I felt when I went back to live to see that Stott had not homered. The fact the Mets gave Harper that pitch is ridiculous. Especially with Castellanos right after him. Casty did his job but I’m taking the chance he doesn’t and not giving Harper that good of a pitch. That might have been the best pitch he got to hit all series
October 6, 20242 yr Kerkering doing Kerkering things to end it again. Like I’ve been saying in high pressure spots he’s a headcase. and it’s always with 2 outs with him.

Or strahm who gave up two recording 1 out. At some point in time, you have to use the guys that got you here. I blame Thomson for a lot of things but Hoffman, Kerkering and strahm are their 3 best relievers and each has been miserable through 2 games putting Ruiz in the game was stupid by Thomson. Kerkering wasn’t especially cause Hoffman and strahm got blasted yesterday. Not using estevez in the 7th.
October 6, 20242 yr Tbh should’ve started Clemens today over Bohm and Sosa if you wanted energy. He actually brings it

Honestly, that at bat felt like he wanted to prove he shouldn’t have been benched and was just gonna swing ant anything that the pitcher gave him on the first pitch.
October 6, 20242 yr If there was ever a strikeout that epitomized the Phillies offense it was that one by schwarber. Big spot to tie the game or even take the lead. 3-2 pitch and you swing at a ball no where close to finding the zone from the time it left Diaz hand
