Hargrave is so weird, some stretches he looks like the best DT in football.

I felt the DL played as a unit tonight.  Intense aggression under control.  Someone earlier said "mush rush”. There was nothing mushy about the DL tonight.  Reddick was the most visible because of the pressure his speed and technique generate, but the other three DL players set a brick wall that Jones couldn’t find any escape lanes through.  The net result was 5 official sacks (plus one more that I’d have called "in the grasp” that produced a 4th down turnover on downs).  Tons of QB hurries on top of the sacks and at lest 4 TFLs.

Man I wish Gramps was still alive to do this same thing. Earliest Eagles memory was watching the Eagles beat the Cowboys to go to the superbowl.

I'm taking my youngest to Phoenix end of Feb for a show. Told her tonight, well, looks like we're flying into Phoenix twice this February. She asked why. Said, well, the Super Bowl. So, I'm on the hook for that now.

There’s only a 12.5% chance to watch your team play in a conference championship game. It’s awesome. Literally could never see it again 

Finally starting to calm down a bit, got breakfast ordered for a 9am delivery, hopefully will be able to get some sleep soon. Thankful that next week's game is at 3pm. Great win, onto next week!

 

North Carolina is not necessarily Eagles Country.

But people surprisingly are more Eagles friendly around here than I envisioned.

Think they just hate the Cowboys like the rest of us.

Niners pushed them around and dominated the game last year in the wildcard round — in Dallas.  It was only competitive at all after a bad Jimmy G INT at 23-7.

San Fran is likely better right now than they were then; I think they’re highly motivated after blowing the NFCCG game to the Rams last season.  Now they’ve added McCaffery to make life even easier for the QB.  I can’t see anywhere where DAL is better than last year, and now they’re flying cross country for their 4th consecutive road game.  I’ll take SF and the points.  I think they win by 10-14 points.

Hmmm... the football team has done a lot to damage the brand, and the Panthers haven't appealed to the home crowd.  Kinda figured anybody below the Mason-Dixon was college first/pro second.

I hate watching the Cowboys. There’s just something about them. Their existence annoys me and I hate that they’re still playing. Jerry Jones is such a slimeball.
