Replace White with Kelce.

What about Seumalo?

I’m up for bringing back as many of the OL as can be brought back.  It will depend on the market for Seumalo; hopefully he’ll give Howie a chance to match an offer.  I’d even keep Dillard for depth at the right price if there isn’t a market for him.

If the Eagles beat KC I still believe both Kelce and Graham retire.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Stumbled upon these guys a while ago. They're guys from the UK who knew absolutely nothing about American football, and have been slowly learning about it through crowdsourcing on Youtube and watching here and there and other things. They're casual fans who only watch a few games, but I think it's cool watching people in other countries learn about our sport. They each adopted a team to root for. The guy on the left adopted the Eagles.

But it's cool to see how far they've come. They literally knew nothing about the sport when they first started. They didn't even know what a first down was. Now they know most of the rules and can carry on a conversation and know a lot of the players and fully understand what's happening.

Yeah I’ve watched a few of their vids.

One of my best friends over here in Stockholm is an English dude. Typical English sports fan who loves soccer, rugby, and cricket. I’ve turned him into a real Eagles fan over 20 years of watching. He watched half the games with me this year and is really into it.

Looking back at the game, had Purdy not gone down it would have been an Eagles grind out victory but it would have been a lot tougher and a fairly close one.  The key was that the Eagles shut down the 49er rushing attack minus the one great run for the TD (yes, that including some shoddy tackling but it was a great run).  The bottom line is that we won the battle at the LOS on both sides of the ball.

Howie has had an even better year this year than he did back in 2017.  From AJ Brown all the way thru to Suh/Joseph.  A whiff with Quinn but pretty much everything else just fell into place and getting Suh/Joseph sealed the deal.  Time to close now.

Anybody know if they plan on selling just the patch for the SB?

Welcome to the board. Thinking back to 2017, I don't remember ever seeing just the patch.

It was the 2019 season. The Eagles were hosting a playoff game.

We lost our QB in 1st quarter because of an illegal hit by a dirty player. Our backup QB entered the game, then tore his hamstring. Don't remember everyone saying the Seahawks cheated or we were unlucky.

I remember saying that Clowney was dirty.

Awesome talent, not 30 years old anymore....and she's an Eagles Fan. Respect.

Actually watch the Vid... then decide...

I know she's a great singer, was a joke.

We got more Joey bosa. Wow he’s fortunate we don’t play the chargers at home for like 6 more years

Watch Howie trade for him.  Young talent at DE is needed.

No thanks. Not a Bosa.

I want to see a flea flicker from the Eagles in the SB.  With all the angst over anticipating our RPO, I don’t think the Chiefs will be prepared for that.

Doubt we can afford Seumalo but who knows. Do we assume Kelce is retiring and Jergens steps in? If not can Jergens play RG?

white can walk. Time for Dean.

Chauncey has become a must sign and solves safety for the most part.

bradberry too expensive. Draft a cb to battle with Jobe and McPherson

i was down on BG but the man balled out this year and is a team legend. Keep

Hargrave is a priority keep to me. Eliminates the need to draft another DT high with cox money of the books

I will be surprised if the high draft pick isnt a DE

Yup

we can score on the chefs. Their Def relies on jones to pressure. Must focus on neutralizing him and run the ball.

CGJ has to follow kelce. Our corners are better than their WRs. Pressure mahomes and see how that ankle is. Need the def to get a turnover or two.

Keep them under 30 and i think we win

stillwell angel says, you're gonna lose eagles, you're gonna lose eagles

I’ve been wondering about this. Should we go small against their 11 personnel, and play CGJ in the box as a linebacker for White so he can shadow Kelce? Let Epps and Blankenship play at deep safety. Would Reid have the patience to stick with the run against a smaller lineup?

We all know he doesnt…

i like it as it would enable some blitzing from cgj as well

Dillard is limited to play only the left side.  Trade him for picks and draft a RT high to develop behind Johnson.  If Seumalo leaves, to replace him would not be too difficult with the back-up already on the roster.

Kelce and Graham, Cox too, probably would retire with a SB win against KC.  They already have long careers and members of the '17 SB team.  Quite a stellar resume to call it a career.

It would be nice to beat AR and his team in 2 weeks.  While he has done good things as a HC with the Eagles, he could not bring home the ultimate trophy.  Beating him will close his chapter and the Eagles have moved on to something better.

Did you find someone to cover your 12 hour shift at Jack in the Box?

@EaglePhan1986 said he'll cover my shift. I keep telling him it's not d in a box. I'm sure the store will be a mess after olsilverbag comes by. It'll probably smell like pee in the morning

Was that based on the 3 pass attempts that he had?

I don't know why people keep saying this. We have no idea how things would have turned out if he stayed in the game. He did not play long enough for anyone to extrapolate out what he would have done. For all we know it could have been a bigger blowout.

Dillard is a UFA... How you trading him?

I would say based on having someone who could throw the ball, the 9er defense would not have worn down as they would not have been back on the field so quickly.  Just getting 1 or 2 first downs per drive could have changed the game.
