My understanding of that is that injuries would allow one team to go into a game with an advantage of more healthy bodies available to play. Obviously nothing can be done after the fact, but it’s an attempt to keep things even going into the game.

I don't think anybody is going to pay a 34 year old defensive end mega bucks.  Still, it would be hard to see him finish his career elsewhere.

I went to check.  DeVonta Smith may end up being the greatest NFL player to wear #6 by the time his career ends.

Stanford’s Michael Wilson (never heard of him before this week) looks pretty smooth, with nice releases for his size. 

Michigan State’s Jayden Reed seems to have been the best receiver in Mobile and is a good punt returner. 

I thought Tank Dell looked explosive and agile. He’s tiny though. 

I think Quez is a good number 3 WR on this team. He has limitations but he also has elite speed that serves a purpose on the team.  Because of the way the offense is structured, I don't think spending money in FA is worthwhile to look for an upgrade.   I don't think any rookie is going to replace him next season but drafting potential options for 2024 in the 2023 draft makes sense.
