I think about this every once in a while not in a macho, arrogant way but in a "if it came down to a battle for survival how well would I do in general society” type of thought. I’m in pretty good shape but not very big at 5’10” 175 lbs. I’m not really old but not very young either at 34. I think a pretty fair estimation on my end would be around 25-30%.

It’s definitely something you have to be aware of in general settings now. I have a buddy who is 5’4” 130 lbs and he would destroy anyone I know because he trains. If you don’t know what you’re doing in a situation like that, it kind of doesn’t matter how big you are unless if you’re like 6’5” 280 lbs. A pro tip is to always look at the ears. If you notice cauliflower ear, stay the hell away from that person in any altercation. 

Fights are always a disaster.  You either end up beaten to a pulp or talking to the police.  Or both.  Everyone loses.
