Switch to the Generic theme (scroll all the way to the bottom of the board to do that), and see if the bell is visible there. 

For the font, I'll have to check some of the archives on archive.org to see if there's a difference. If there is, that can be adjusted. 

There really hasn't been a good playoff game this weekend. And this is usually the most competitive week. Next game will be a good one though

Much better and quote box fill is more subtle to boot.
