The best player on the team is Lane Johnson. He's pretty much the perfect RT. He just erases opposing pass-rushers. He might go to Canton.

I cant tell you how many pages I have scrolled through today, and Ive read about 6 posts all day.

Apparently the crew that is calling NFCCG is the same one that called NYG/WAS part 2. Where the blatant PI wasn't called and where mclauren (?) supposedly asked the judge if he legal only to be flagged for illegal formation.

Good. I don’t want anyone getting their feelings hurt. I realized as I typed the last sentence of it, that I’m wasting my time.

I got baited into creating a bunch of wasted space. I’ll try and do better. 😂

I agree he's a swell fella, he completes your circle rather nicely...

Hargrave needs to have a big game. Need to get some pressure up the middle to make Purdy uncomfortable early. Don’t let him settle in. Earn that contract, Javon

Quit just making ish up. Everyone on the planet knows we have probably the best roster in football. Everyone on the planet knows that Brown and Smith are a top 2 WR duo, Goedert is a top 5 TE and we have the best offensive line in football. We have a top 5 back in yards. Heck, people were saying that Hurts could be replaced by basically anyone and anyone would have the same success BECAUSE of the roster. Howie is a shoe in for executive of the year. We had a bunch of pro-bowlers. Or pass rush just has the third most sacks all time. Our Corners are the best in the league Gardner Johnson has been unbelievable.

That’s not what’s happening. What’s happening is, you’re mad that people are pointing out the irrefutable fact that Jalen Hurts has played unbelievably all year, so you’re trying to move the goal posts and say it’s people "putting Jalen above the team”, but that’s just a made up narrative so you can save face. And now you’re acting like a child and saying Lane is MVP as if you don’t know what "most valuable” means, and as if it means "best”. Anything to downplay the QB. Even RTK isn’t silly enough to try to say Jalen is above the team. Literally no one has said that. Or has one caller on WIP really just grinded your gears that hard? This is getting out of hand. Best player on the team? it’d be a touch choice between Reddick, Gardner Johnson, Lane, Kelce, Brown and Jalen. And everyone on earth who’s opinion is worth anything would agree.

The All-Pro Voters seem to agree:

Yeah but this message board isn’t owned by, sponsored by nor supported by a corporate entertainment industry anymore.  I would suggest as a part of any tinkers getting done as part of the excellent work of @VaBeach_Eagleand the other IT gurus that perhaps it is time to remove most of those PG censorship filters.  Don’t think we have any impressionable children on these boards.  Think of this as being like the Kelce brothers Podcast or Chris Long’s. If they can use the words, then so should we be able to do so. The irony is the use of "locker room talk” for most of the terms the censoring IT masks.

I thought Hargrave played well against the Gints, he didnt have any splash plays but he created some pressure and I believe had a hit or 2.

Gannon needs to continue to be creative with his D fronts.

On the INT he had Davis at NT with Cox and Hargrave at DE in a 34 look and blitzed I believe Kavon Wallace of all people who was lined up in the box, Kavon got instant pressure Jones rushed the throw that bradberry was sitting on

Blitzing and dropping multiple fronts could really confuse purdy who hasn't seen a ton of stuff leading to turnovers hopefully.

That might create an issue with our AdSense account. I know thats what has still prohibited nudes from being posted in the mod5 boobs thread.

Itll get our adsense account cancelled.

I suspect maybe some curse words may do the same?

If not, I guess we can do away with filters.

Some other people might get in to trouble with work filters though too...

Of the last 4 teams remaining how would you rank each position of the four

Qb: 1. Chiefs 2. Bengals 3. Eagles 4. Niners

i have bengals ahead cause there’s a chance burrow makes his second consecutive SB.

RB: 1. Niners 2. Eagles 3. Bengals 4. Chiefs

i think there’s a case to flip flop 2 and 3. I think it’s close. I’d give the edge to the eagles cause gainwell has come on lately

Wr: 1. bengals 2. Eagles 3. Niners 4. Chiefs

i think bengals ahead of the eagles cause chase is the best WR of any of deebo, brown and smith. Plus they have Higgins and Boyd. I’d take smith and brown over deebo and aiyuk. Although both are great. I do think niners have Jennings who on another team gets more targets and yards

OL: 1. Eagles 2. Chiefs 3. Niners 4. Bengals

DL/pass rushers: 1. Eagles 2. Niners 3. Chiefs 4. Bengals

LB: 1. Niners 2. Bengals 3. Eagles 4. Chiefs

CB: 1. Eagles 2. Bengals 3. Niners 4. Chiefs

S: 1. niners 2. Bengals 3. eagles  4. Chiefs

Edited this as CJGJ right now is playing in the slot majority wise with maddox out. Healthy maddox i think eagles are higher

k: 1. Niners 2. Eagles 3. Bengals 4. Chiefs

harrison butker hasn’t been nearly as good this year as in years past. I put Gould ahead of elliott cause he’s been ridiculously good throughout his career in the playoffs (29-29 on FGs and 38-38 in extra points)

P:  1. Chiefs 2. Bengals 3. Eagles 4. SF

If it’s kerns and not siposs i actually think eagles are worse.

Interesting quote from NBC Sports Philadelphia …

everybody who doubted whether the Eagles could be a physical team with short training camp practices, Wednesday walkthroughs and veteran rest days you would think has changed their mind by now.

Another interesting observation from that same article …

Veteran punter Brett Kern had an under-the-radar terrific game Saturday night, his best since he joined the Eagles six games ago. Kern averaged 43.0 yards and actually has the statistical oddity of having a higher net average – 44.0 - than gross average thanks to the Giants having negative punt return yardage. Kern dropped his three punts on the Giants’ 7-, 9- and 12-yard-lines, which was huge. All three of his punts wound up at the 12-yard-line or deeper. In his first five games as an Eagle, Kern punted 10 times and had one inside the 20 with a 40.8 average and a 36.6 net. Kern had been pretty terrible since replacing injured Arryn Siposs, but he was tremendous Saturday.

I think it's fine. It's not that hard to get your point across using mostly civil language, and even when you work around the filters a bit there are no repercussions handed out.

Reddick should have been 1st team

He was just as impactful as Parsons had better stats and his team finished with a better record

Parson is a media Darling but Reddick had a better year, and showed that in the playoffs as well as he destroyed the giants

If they opened with 9pt Eagles line do you think 50% of the money would be on Eagles and 50% on the 9ers? That’s Vegas’ goal - to keep the percentage and not gamble.

The issue is, the current action isn't even close to a 50/50 split. It's pouring in on -2.5 at a 75/25 clip. I would've thought an opening number like -4 would've been closer for an even split, but they opened much lower.

49ers safeties are really good. One was an all pro.

I tend to think bengals are super underrated. Bates and bell have been playing extremely well down the stretch. if eagles have CJGJ not getting hurt he’s likely also an all pro. I’d still take the eagles over niners. I think the eagles have 3 legitimate starting safeties as Blankenship i think could start in this league as well as Epps. I’m not as high on Gipson. Although they do have ward as a backup at safety.

Niners should be ahead of the bengals.

Yup Hufanga had a big year.

He's a hitter and plays like a lot of that D with a lot of Intensity.
