@EricAllenPick6.

What's so funny about my post.

Schefter is pretty credible.

Unless you are laughing at the Commanders then yeah I agree.

Laughing at the idea, mostly.  I think it's hilarious.  It's the most Redskin / Football Team / Commander move they could possibly make.

Schefty is the only one reporting this now, though.  I'm wondering if it's speculation or if he has a legit story.

As much as I want to laugh at this Bieniemy will find ways to utilize him. Still, he's not a great passing QB when he has to rely on his arm.  He also is sure to miss time and the signing will put them in cap hell for years to come.

That's what I thought, it does seem like the most commander move ever.

I'm not sure how credible it is, wait and see I guess.🤷‍♂️

Could absolutely see Howie sign a CB in free agency, then use RD1 on OL/DL, RD2 on RB and RD3 on S/LB.

Yup.

If Marcus Peters doesn't re sign with Ravens I think he could be a Howie target.

Though we'll see what the market is for him.

I don’t think he’s a culture fit.

Why not?

He’s a D-head. Argues with teammates and his own coaches. Freelances.

To the commanders credit, I’d argue he’d have the most talented offensive weapons. He’s had in his nfl career. Would have mclaurin, Dotson, Samuel and robinson. With the ravens he had andrews and everyone else was either not very good or perpetually injured. Granted his oline with Washington isn’t very good.

Don't we need DT more than DE?

Fair enough.

Isn't Marcus Peters the one who chucked the official's flag about 30 rows deep into the stands?

Yup he'd definitely have better weapons, wonder if he'd actually be able to utilize them

Historically TEs have been a running qbs best friend.

Randall had Keith Jackson and to an extent Keith byars.

Vick had algae crumpler.

Lamar Andrews.

Cam Newton had Greg Olsen.

McNair had wycheck.

Early McNabb had Chad lewis who led the eagles in receptions their first year together

Commanders have a pretty good trio of WRs be interesting to see if Lamar could consistently get them the ball.

Maybe he should switch positions...😉

Never heard of him before yesterday. Color me intrigued.

Honestly, not a strong LB group... a lot a run-around guys, who aren't really trained up to stack/shed/cover.

  Sign him now

Marcus Peters Flag GIF - Marcus Peters Flag Penalty Flag ...

Howie is salivating at these DL numbers.

We have a few young DTs to work with.  If Howie signs Hargrave, that should solidify the DT position.  DE has 2 serviceable vets and not much after them.  IMHO, DE is more a need area.

OT is a need too.  Behind the 2 starters, the bench is not rich.  G/C we are fine there.

CB is also a need.  Bradberry will cost a handful to bring back.  Sly is not young.  Howie may sign a FA rental.  Need to bring in a young CB, possibly at the #10 draft pick.

At the #30 pick, the talents are much better than the 2nd day picks.  IMHO, trade that back to bring in a 2nd round and a later round pick have more value than using it in late 1st round.

You just climbed up the board Racist bracket, mister.

Tyler Scott should end up with the best 40 time at the combine .

Ringo and Tucker should clock well too

Wouldn't be a good thing for the Eagles.  Easily the best QB they would then have since I don't even know when.  He'd also have some great WRs for once in his career.

They have Logan Thomas but not sure how good he is anymore after his injury. I’m guessing in this draft with the picks they’d have left they they’d likely try to fix the oline and get a tight end

sounds like the Javon Hargrave story all over again where he was playing NT in Pittsburgh, and had pass rush chops to show off in the right system.
