Yay, more Philly media members making it about themselves! What a piss poor attitude about how he does his own job.

Mike Sielski is such a dweeb.  I loved seeing this last night that Jalen did this to him.  Can't abandon him or his radio Glen Macnow.  Glen Macnow the total narcissist and his dweeb **** boy Mike.

Wow Dallas

Isn't that a good thing?  Wouldn't we rather not get poached on defense again, and would we really be super sad if Johnson was scooped up (and garnered us 2 third round picks in the process)?

Oh... and Happy Thanksgiving, you nutballs!   🦃

Oh absolutely.  I’m just amazed.

Johnson isn't using Hurts in the RPO on a regular basis, which was a big part of Steichen's offense.

Take that away, and the OL has been exposed to some extent.

Johnson has helped Hurts transition to becoming a true pocket QB, he scrambles less than Mahomes, for example. Learning to sit in the pocket and make plays is a key part of his development - it would help if they had a TE, a slot WR, and a dependable screen game to give him quick throw options against the blitz. That will probably be an off season priority (TE2, WR3 and working on the short passing game and blitz pickup, better blocking RB?).

Honestly you don't reach for these things.....LB, RT, DB, WR, TE are all needs.....pick the best player at these positions when drafting

Looking forward to the 50th pointless media debate about seedings when whatever clowncar team crawls out of the NFC South makes the playoffs at .500 or below.

I think the real reason our DT rotation is a bit out of whack is because we're not getting much out of our ends. Obviously Sweat is good but Graham seems almost cooked and Barnett has been a dud. So the need to use DTs outside on occasion is inflating their snaps.

It’s the DE rotation that’s out of whack. Reddick is playing a lot and Sweat is playing way more than normal. He’s almost at his snap count from last year already. The problem is the depth DE’s aren’t doing anything to get on the field.

Interesting enough, we ran some nascar packages against KC with Reddick lining up inside with Sweat and Graham on the outside.

What’s the "wow” part?

How weak their SOS and SOV are.   Yet, they puff themselves up... every year feasting on the weak.

Happy Thanksgiving to all you turkeys…uh, I mean birds. Here’s to hoping the Cowboys disappoint you guys. It might help the meeting Dec 10th be more interesting.

In all seriousness, I hope you all have great day surrounded by those who are closest and most important to you. Y’all are a cool bunch of folks.

I might be around during the games later to complain about something IDK yet.

It’s going to adjust though. They have a tough stretch at the end while we have ours now. And it’s basically the same schedule as ours besides us playing KC and they play Chargers. Does that one game make that big of a difference in SOS?

Add DE to that list.  I agree with the rest.

Speaking of….fun Thanksgiving story from today.

I’ve already had to go to the grocery store twice to pick up some sheet I forgot. I’ve lived in my house for about 5 years now, and I pass through the same neighborhood every single time I drive to the store.  I have 2 daughters and a bougie wife so I drive to the store almost every day.  I’ve made it a point for 5 straight years to roll down my window, and scream "Cowboys suck” at the one house that has a Cowboys flag hanging outside of it. Today, on my 2nd trip back, and coincidentally wearing my hoodie with Ben Franklin peeing on the Dallas star, I screamed at that same house while the guy was standing outside, and he physically chased my car after I screamed "Dallas SUUUUCKS!!!”  Haha - what a loser!  Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 a-holes!!

@Godfather @mikemack8 and @EaglePhan1986 - if the 3 of you can’t control your urges before guests arrive at your house, at least remember to pull out of the turkey.

Ha....been to the market 4 times in last 2 days....I told them on trip one the over under would be 5 because we keep needing/forgetting things.

The teams they’ve beaten have a sub-.300 winning percentage. Thats insane

its like the complaints people had about us last year where we hadn’t played anyone good, except Dallas has and lost each time

Disagree, if you have a guy who is historically good at running the offense a certain way, you design the offense around that, you don't change the players game to fit what you imagine will be better for ensuring he has a long career.

It doesn't matter if you think that it's more likely he'll be injured playing that way, NFL careers are short and you just let a guy cook as long as he can, if they want a pocket passer they should draft one.

Turning Hurts into a pure pocket guy is like buying a Ferrari 250 California and sticking a Toyota Camry engine and gearbox in it because that's going to give you good gas mileage and long term reliability and you can use it as a daily driver, rather than just getting into the Ferrari and enjoying the experience of driving round town in the worlds most expensive V12 **** magnet and enduring the occasional breakdown.

Agreed... and we will see what they look like after they come through it.

Point is... they have a weaker schedule so far, with an inferior record, and have been beaten by the Cardinals a team that literally didn't want to win the game... and want to puff out their chest like they've accomplished something.   And that's what they do... every year.

They were also fortunate enough to draw Carolina as the 2nd place team from the NFC South last season, but Tampa as the 1st place team meeting the Eagles was only 8-9 last year, so that shouldn't have been a big deal .... until draft day happened .....

Who knew that trading up to #1 for a smaller, slower QB than Kyler Murray (without the plus arm) could have been such a bad move?  But, he's smart ..... so ....

I’ll take an upset anywhere.

I completely forgot Carolina came in 2nd last year. I assumed it was the Saints for some reason.

Would love to get back to the proper uniform color as the primary...  These aren't quite right, but they aren't far off... and more importantly, they aren't the midnight green.  That color just doesn't do it for me.

It's baaaackkk!

I love this thing.  Much easier than trying to keep track of common opponents, SOV and SOS, etc.

Great catch Watson!
