The reason we brought Parris in for those YAC plays as a substitute for Goedert doing them. Hopefully he can spread defenses deep as well, but that’s not what Goedert does.

Again you can say he could replace Geodart as the 3rd passing option but that is different than replacing him as the TE. Two completely different things

That isn’t turning to Parris lol that is changing the game plan Parris isn’t lining up inline at TE doing a Te screen…. He can be the new 3rd option he can be a screen guy but it isn’t "replacing” Geodart you are talking two different things still

Ok....how many " specific screen passes " did Goedert catch last year? Let's say between 5 and 10. Are you really looking at 10 plays over the course of the season????

Dude...it's 10 plays a year....the other things Goedert does is way more of an issue. And btw... Barkley should get some of those plays...or even Gainwell in a 2 RB set. The bigger issue losing Goedert is the blocking and the route running ...not a screen pass.

This is a whole crucial element of our passing game. Two or three times a game to have a player underneath create. That helps AJ and DeVonta thrive down the field.

Pick one up in the draft if you feel that spot is "barren". Someone else will pay him more to be RB2. We have RB2 in Gains

We have RB2 in Gains I think the draft is smart for RB on day 3... that would be a RB locked up for cheap for 4 years. Great position to have that.
