I agree on Lane let him retire when he is ready. I was only saying to find a replacement because that is a super important position for your running game. On the wuss game people were telling me "OH your O line is going to crash and burn" I said "OK thanks for your money,see you next year" HAHAAHA(I won a few bucks)

Anyway when we lost to KC it was close. This team is better and theirs is a little worse than that SB team they had. Stuff Pacheco, seal the edges and Mahomes will go down on coverage sacks. FEEL THE TALONS

I like the depth here... that is important.  We need to make sure we have that 3rd swing tackle next year.  For me, does not have to be a rookie that is drafted early. Maybe it's Steen, but I like him at G.   He may start at G anyway.   

The main thing for me, get those top two backups so you don't miss a beat.  

We can worry about 2027 later

Right we have F Johnson,but I doubt he is pro bowl caliber. Takes a few reps to get there, so find a kid and lets get started, Stout will work his magic. We had Mailiata for a few years(although he didn't even know the game) so a "sit and wait your turn" should be fine with any prospect

Again, not worried about a prospect for 2027.... I believe this team should be a contender for a few more years, need to make sure the backup can go play if needed right away.   My gut tells me they sign a vet for next year... draft the replacement OT early in 2026 draft.  Two different situations.  

we can run the Philly special or some facsimile. KC will try a fake punt. They are good at disguising things

Lets hope... 32 would be great.  Unless Howie trades this year to get a better one in 2026?   Could be a team tries to move up to that late 1st round area.  

Just a quick scout ahead. in '26 both OT's for Bama should declare, so alot of time to see how they do

So many college guys are NFL ready, not like back when I played(with dinosaur eggs) makes paying ALOT a bit more thought provoking. I mean look at Q and DeJean and the WR's that come out and smoke the league

IDK, they were desperate for a win now scenario and to make sure they got their WR and OL ... that's why we fleeced them in that trade.   I would imagine they would be looking to move back to get more picks, totally opposite situation looking to rebuild with young guys.   We took advantage of the Jets with Reddick... and that 3rd rounder, we need to find that team again.   I'm sure there will be one
