Deebo when healthy and focused is a really really good player. But he’s coming off an injury hit year and at the Super Bowl he looked in really bad physical shape. Obviously he’s got a whole offseason to get in shape etc and I’m sure he will but that says a lot about his mentality I think.

March 2, 20251 yr I don’t think I’d spend a first round pick on any of these QBs, in this draft. They aren’t worthy. But I do find the depth of the class very interesting.
March 2, 20251 yr They compared ARod to Bellicheat. Like the giants were the last real opportunity. If I was ARod why not just kind of chill and jump on to whichever best contending team’s QB gets injured? He might not have much of a choice about it though. He’s a difficult guy to deal with. I don’t see many teams that would pay him starter money for a one year headache. He’s never been touted as a good locker room presence or teammate. Now his skills are even in question.

Yet…it’s being reported the two sides aren’t very close to signing a deal. I mean he’s looking to completely break the bank and it be fully guaranteed it seems. Highest paid WR means over Jefferson at 35 mil per. So to not be close to signing a deal? He’s bending them completely over on this negotiation.
