Hard to assume losing…as in don’t have the other options…when thinking about our personnel options are once he’s gone. Becton losing…got plenty of other G options. Milton losing…we have Ojomo already stepping in. Drafted Trot and could retain Burks to fill in for Baun. We don’t have anybody to do what Sweat was doing.

Detailed the other options we have to fill in the roles. So was super easy to understand exactly what I was doing. But if your only point is looking to troll? Well done!
March 1, 20251 yr Losing Sweat means we have to prioritize bringing in his replacement. I listed off identifying a sweet spot day three for the position in this draft. But can’t look for Any of them to jump right in contributing at those levels we’ll need. Almost going to be forced to make a trade. There are some options out there. Everybody understands the Garrett situation. That’s going to cost though. Our first, third and fourth rounder is what’s being speculated. Then it’s being said he’s looking to get paid. So signing a guy his age at 35 mil per.

So have to believe that jumps to the top of our needs board. Trade or draft…just can’t get by with what we have. Sweat is the easiest player to understand won't be back next year.

March 1, 20251 yr Very easy to understand that new players were needed at DE in 2025. We all knew changes were coming. Nothing has changed... very easy to have understood the probability of neither Sweat or Graham returning in 2025...still easy to understand this now.

March 1, 20251 yr Don’t we have Nolan and Hunt to fill in for Sweat???? Have to like the flashes you seen from Hunt and Nolan really came on as a player this season. Obviously don’t think we stop at just Nolan and Hunt think the top target is going to be a trade ie Garrett if that doesn’t pan out could see us add a more budget veteran type similar to Chris Long back in 2017 along with BG returning if he wants to

Just spent first round pick the year before, a third round pick last draft and also our big FA signing all playing the Edge. So the investment is really beginning to mount. To come right back around and need to invest heavily again this offseason.

Nolan is a hard working tough guy…but the knock on him has always been about durability. So even liking both of those players isn’t enough. Sweat is the most difficult shoes to fill of the four big FAs.

March 1, 20251 yr But also even though I do like Nolan and appreciate rooting for a player like him….i just am not seeing him as that durable.
March 1, 20251 yr I’m just interested in what the plan is. I‘M sure Fangio has his eye on some OLB Edge player

Do we think that extra 7% of snaps is that huge???? depends on your agenda, like if you made a post a few hours ago and the whole thig was about Sweat, then yeah, the extra 7% is that important, to the rest of the world that new it was Sweat's last season as an Eagle, and saw how Smith developed as the season went on... it's really not that big of a deal. You were going into 2025 with Smith, Hunt and Huff... you need to add to the position. They prioritize DL, so it has been obvious we are going to add there. We will add at DT too.

March 2, 20251 yr Just now, cunninghamtheman said: Deebo Samuel traded to the Commanders 5th round pick
March 2, 20251 yr All these QBs at the combine showing tons of love for Jalen Hurts. Two of them listed him as a top 5 NFL QB in their list. A couple of them really talked about how inspirational he is for them.
