About playing their roles …get as many contributing on the roster as possible works for me.

I see nothing wrong with adding in the 247 pounder for a few carries to wear on the D… like we just completely accel at. Really be nice if he can specialized on taking over some shorter down situations specializing. Got Barkey…got Shipley…I like planning on being physical….so throw in the bowling ball back for a couple carries each half…and block.

No way you could pre plan everything so far in advance…but ..how about like Barkley first three series. Getting Dillon in a few plays…maybe beggining with converting a short first down. Come back to Barkley. Then Hit them with Shipley.

  Like a each half kind of guideline to victory plan!

Also signed Van Summerlin back. Did nice work on ST's before injury. Now we have the 1/2 RB punch. Dillon is only 25,so this could be a premier tandem for multiple years. Best Wr Tandem and best RB tandem. Hurts has it easy. he can coast, play calmly, make his 20 throws per game. See no reason we can't make the SB again, but this year is a tougher schedule so very doubtful we can replicate 14 wins. The Wuss look like the biggest rivals this time around

No surprise, he needs to pay his dues before becoming a starter. he will be at least a "decent" RB. Time will tell if he can carry the load

Needs to add weight and he's a bit short,but has TE skills already Just wondering why he has not tried this position move. It could benefit his career. This is like what I did in HS, same experiences, but I did shine when placed at TE. He needs to come out and define his position and not play all over the map

He will be OK. If he was such a star talent they would not have signed Dillon,so obviously he has a ways to go

He didn't get a carry until week 7?  When it was a blowout.   How were they trying to get him involved?  He had basically a red shirt year.  No meaningful carries until Gainwell got hurt vs Washington,  and even then it was pretty much just when Barkley wanted a rest until garbage time. 

Now 2025 should be a different story.   Listening to Andrew Decceco ( I didn't spell it write) ... the team insider,  he expects Shipley to be the #2.  Dillon as a compliment to Shipley in the event Barkley is hurt... and being the garbage time RB.
