Again, Cam isn't going to get the tag # for OL. He is a C. He is going to get C number.... not middle of the road 2025 C numbers.... he is going to get top 5 C numbers. But 14 mil is a significant drop especially percentage wise from 18 mil. He should get that # as an extension... you combine that with his $5.3 mil salary this year.. then it would even out to that $12.2 # ... which again... is 33$ lower than the $18 mil # you seem obsessed about. That is what it will take to buy him... Becton was rented... rent is cheaper than buying. Simple business... You don't want to buy Cam... because you need to save $2 mil .... but you would over pay Cater by $15 mil ... great business.

Baun and Becton did not get " buyer" contracts.... locking up contracts.... they were both short term. Renters deals. Same with CGJ Huff, Reddick...and Barkley originally.
