Siri likes tough players.... that's not Sanders. Carolina found out the hard way. It's funny Hargrave is on another team now as well. Epps is on another team. CGJ is on his 3rd team since leaving. Edwards is on the same team though right.. the only guy that left after 2022 that people complained about losing. He isn't exactly pro bowl either is he?

Idk you have to open the bank vaults. You aren't opening the bank vaults for Cam either, you just have to give him his value to keep him long term But idk....you seem to want to let everyone go?
March 17, 20251 yr 1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said: Might need to use one or two of them on a C…instead of paying Cam just whatever. Might need to move on from Goedert and not pay him also. Bring in a TE. Goedert is done after this year... he is older... Cam is entering his prime and already pro bowl. Not even close to same thing.
March 17, 20251 yr 1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said: What would our success rate probabilities look like if we were going to draft a C in the first two rounds? To find a pro bowl center ASAP? As compared to using that pick to get positions that you don't have a pro bowl player entering year 4?
March 17, 20251 yr 1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said: Those two positions would probably be what I’d feel most confident in our chances of successfully drafting, wouldn’t you agree? To find an adequate center... not pro bowl level...and then not using that pick to get another position? So you prefer to weaken 2 areas? Not to mention ruin the work Stout put in over the last 3 years with Kelce’s choice to replace himself with...all that time both of them put into Cam...plus all the chemistry built with his fellow OL?

Wow...that's a lot of disrespect to both a guy in Stout who many feel is the best position coach in the league...and Kelce an Eagles legend. Not to mention a guy who would be a 3 year established starter.. pro bowl alternate then pro bowl... possibly 2 time pro bowl? Wow... not sure that's how you build a winning culture. But hey, that's your method, to each their own.

March 17, 20251 yr Author IDK we need to think about Lanes replacement now too. Could also be our first pick. I know we need edges and TE too, but those can be had in round 2 or 3. Howie is great at moving around to get who he wants

Milton’s 26 on the open market with bidding wars …isn’t even going to look like that much when next offseason Jalen Carter signs for 44 mil per.

Going to take emotion and fear out of it…and look at the business to be handled. Jordan Davis and Cam I’m not pretending like there is a open market bidding war that is occurring all by ourselves to retain them early.

TE and C are similar in being areas I’d call a strength in our drafting. If I had to pick just the top two positions we rely on to nail in the draft for our success? Which two would you feel at ease with more?

Yeah…I like developing and growing players…it’s nice of you can keep a coach around and continue developing…instead of changing OCs every season….for example.

Could just sign big time vet thatS already familiar with our D under Fangio and Parker. 7 mil over two years for Juston Simmons… he’s a heck of a player and leader.

The main drawback would be all that youth in the Secondary. I was thinking a vet leader played at the highest levels like Simmons would be more ideal. Got Q, DeJean, Ringo, Sidney and Blankenship…going with a young stud wouldn’t be the worst move…but it feels like it’s screaming for that vet leader to have it all pulled together more.
