Yes....you would think a bonus next offseason and then another one the following year where both are spread over 5 years...this way Carter doesn't have to wait a year to get paid. They lock him up 6 years total... and redo the deal in year 3 or 4.

You're so CHEAP(until it's a guy you want to grossly overpay) you would destroy this team in 2 years. Dump Barkely(trash),we really need to overpay that "special talent RB" Sanders Only pay Ham's choices, the rest are EXPECTED to take "team friendly" deals(why no one knows)

They just took a big swing at a first rounder from the Texans. Keegan is looking like he’s a very capable option…if he takes the expected leap year two under Stout. Toth can handle either G/C and we won’t have any massive cratering. Who is Lanes BU?

How impossible would you believe it will be for our Eagles to find a C that can perform and do well under Stout with these teammates? Why break up the group for some petty amount??? In job scenarios if you do well you get a raise, why is this different?

March 17, 20251 yr You mentioned CGJ….which you mentioned a possible reasoning going on….between him and Blankenship choices…I’m bringing up how Fangio might..probably prefers Simmons over CGJ.

Fangio was hired in January.... CGJ was signed on March 14. Plenty of time to offer his opinion!!!! With a contract to where there was no dead money after year 1... that's a sign they put an out in the deal. All the reports are he was going to ask for more money... that's why he seemed to leave on good terms... he knows he has a better chance to get paid elsewhere because the Eagles are not going to pay him with all the other young players they need to lock up.
March 17, 20251 yr Author Sadly Dullaz signed that "special talent" We are done,we can't beat them now

March 17, 20251 yr Author https://www.profootballnetwork.com/nick-emmanwori-scouting-report-nfl-draft-2025/ This kid could be a top rate S easily. If he falls to 28 I would have to think we take a look.
