You mean after creating the new O last summer….everything wasn’t mastered before the first series took place in Brazil. This would be a bombshell shocking revelation sending shockwaves across this bored.

Master, champion, preach... I'm missing a few of your terms. What else?

Next lesson will be me teaching you all about tying your shoes. Until next time.

That is a still shot. It doesn’t show the alignment presnap, which is the crucial determinant of whether there is a blitz. If you start with eight in the box and they all rush the LOS then there is no blitz. All there is is pass/run rush.

with that said, what do you see in the still you provided?

What is the discussion on this play? What am I missing here as to why I'm seeing this so often?

And your point is? What do you know about the other 6 Chiefs who are not captured in the still shot frame? The answer to that question is that you know nothing about them,

Yep ..your opinion of we purposely took such a gifted O and meant to be the least scoring team just rings of such accuracy.

How many games could we have racked up the score but didn't because we didn't need to embarrass them further?

They rushed 5....disguised the blitz nicely and stunted to get the Blitzer free between Becton and Lane who was handling the outside rush... Barkley picked it up beautifully and Hurts had zero pressure and dropped a dime to Dotson who ran a nice route.

This play would be textbook in showing an offense how to execute. Blocking, route running and QB decision making and throwing.

The D was designed to trick the O and put pressure on the QB....blitz picked up perfectly, no pressure. No panick...perfect route and throw, never in danger of anything other than an incomplete pass if it were to land or be dropped. Just beautifully done by the offense.

Instead of how the talented coaches ..if nothing else…their initial script works for a score even if they struggle the rest of the day. All that film study to predict how the D plays you so you can call the worst plays to be successful. That’s how every team puts in all that work each week to come up with that.

OH so it's week to week now? See I told you that and you fought me LOL

How many yards is Bark SUPPOSED to get per play?(Still waiting)

There is no legitimate answer to that question. Arguably, a reasonable number would be the length of Barkley’s Median run. That would be considerably less than his 5.8 YPC average. Let’s say 4 yards for discussion purposes, but if the snap starts on the 2 yard line, Barkley can’t run 4 yards. See the problem?

He can run...for sure.

A RB who can throw. Ham think this is hate speech LOL. It's what he does and it works

Thank you for the description. You say they rushed 5. How many were in the box presnap? I’m assuming 8, but I could be wrong. If the 5 were part of the 8 there was no blitz IMO. What say you?

Geez man…even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally. Dotson wasn’t in the slot on that play. Did you at least make it all the way through The Counts blitzer counting exercise? You can do it!!!

Will Gainwell even make their team? It’s questionable. Surely won’t be as your 2023 suggested starting RB.

Who cares??????

A win is only one game in the standings no matter what score you win by.

The Offensive scheme changes every week. It is tailored to each individual opponent. Each opponent makes decisions about which part of the Eagles arsenal they will try and neutralize.

HAHAHAHA NO NO NO you have it all wrong. Ham wants the "BIG PICTURE" not week to week like all 32 teams do it. The first game snap of the season you should be planning for week 16. everybody knows that. Get yourself to Hamityville

42 minutes ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Uhmmm…he was pulled from the game…unlike when Mahomes put up his positive stats

Agreed. Were any of the 2nd Half snaps by the Eagles with the game on the line?

The answer to that question is, "no, there were not any Eagles snaps with the game on the line”’. The whole 2nd Half was about killing the clock to get to the final whistle.

Appears the list is extensive of what you have been missing. Did you see the QB you railed over and over against could never win it all …won it all?

I'm confused here....is every time there is a 2nd and 11 because the defense was focusing on stopping the run.....does that mean the RB choked?

I have to say....you all need to bow down to Ham... he can spin a conversation so far off topic when he makes a factually incorrect Statement or an opinion straight out of left field.

Now for some reason this play where Barkley does a phenomenal job picking up the blitz on a very common 2nd and 11 play ( it's 2025, not 1975 where 2nd and 11 was such a disaster in a run oriented league)

That's great stuff....most people can go from Apples to oranges...Ham can spin a discussion from Apples to lawn furniture.

Really a special talent that you gotta give him props.

"Should they follow your suggestion of triple teaming Dotson" lol... the subtle way of skipping over AJ, Smith, Goedert.... while just introducing out of left field that someone else suggested that...absolutely brilliant.

I can see where you guys get frustrated due to engaging fully in the conversation. Lol. You have no chance ...even bringing up the play by play log. Lol.

Ham is like my son when he smacks my daughter right in front of me and denies it. Just special talent right there. Hey today is Tuesday....spin = ... why did No Mas just say it was Wednesday " that's just special talent right there.

He’s your chosen committee starting RB that was all that any team needed..not believing in RBs making any real difference. While my opinion all along for years was get the best one we can get our hands on instead. You still sticking by your thoughts regurgitated for years?
