It’s evolved after 6,000 posts concerning it. But still feels like the same debate still hot as ever in the fires around here. Very little ground has still been given up by those pining so hard for Wentz. Sure…Wentz completely proven to just have been such a clear wrong horse to back. So eveybody that was against me then? No longer even attempts to still chase those terribly near(except my lone voice)unanimous viewpoint of Wentz over Hurts. But still doesn’t feel like a single fan here as converted over to believing in Hurts. Still #Hurtshating potshots reign supreme

No one hates HURTS(that is all made up by YOU) . That still doesn't change the FACT that Wentz put us in position to win our first SB, and Foles finished the job, as a game manager (which Hurts is now also). We function well with a star RB,top surrounding cast and a game managing QB. We got the complete team we have all wanted. As long as that remains intact we will be contenders

But…even though I’ve been very high on Jayden Daniels….let me tell you the huge concern the Commanders should have. He isn’t going to last. Too fragile

If he won't last why are you "high" on him?

Just curious

Why are you guys arguing about things that happened 2 seasons ago

One person arguing...you will get used to it.

Well to be fair Sirianni turned around a 4-11-1 Eagles team in one year. So it can be done.

That isn’t even in the same hemisphere as fair. Siri won the job over Moore strictly based on his strong package of assistants in tow.

Philadelphia Eagles Schedule 2025: Dates, Time, TV Channe...

The Philadelphia Eagles are the team to beat in the 2025 season. The Eagles are defending Super Bowl champions, having defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

Crediting Siri for the turnaround isn’t fair…it’s just very telling about your unawareness of Eagles organization. Siri was a weak link…that had to be overcome. Green HC. Which just is reasonably coming with many usual expected short comings. Never been in charge before. Never run a TC ever. Heck…he was the guy just being the young hard worker under Reich.

Reich never even going down being considered any great O mind or HC even. But Siri wasn’t calling plays…or any of all that as OC in Indy for …not even a medium level tier HC O mind.

Very clearly Siri was against Sanders

Very clearly the league isn't impressed with Sanders.

Talking about a " choke " job in the Superbowl with 2 fumbles... dude was scared...or just maybe not that good other than running fast?

Howie and Co. couldn't drive him to the airport fast enough.

Siri mostly won the job with us it really proved out…like it even was being rumored from the start….because Rosie really loved Gannon. Fast forward to Rosie all screwing up our in house DC Fangio over going way too far to try and woe Gannon to remain…just for one more season even.

Here is the link to back up what Ham just posted here...

Great read

2021 we ran Siri scheme. Which by now all should be understandings was embarrassingly nowhere near at acceptable levels. Siri was playcalling also. Started out 2-5 behind the ball coming out of TC BECAUSE of Siri.

Running his O was a complete hinderance. Not nitpicking it as less than McVay or elite….it was terrible.

This is just ludicrous opinion over and over again being formulated too. Not one misguided fan…but seemingly majority. Propping up Siri based on sin/loss record the most. Basing making the playoffs every season reasoning for praise of his greatness and accomplishment.

Do some research. .. compare Siri’s resume with Doug or Andy's before being hired.

Siri wasn’t any main catalyst towards any of that success and achievement. ‘Any’ a bit extreme…he has his strengths. But Siri being first time HC made everything much more difficult around here.

Running such a less than acceptable ‘scheme’ was to be overcome more than being some carrying force guiding overachievement.

Imagine looking at wins and losses to judge a coach.... just shocking!

Siri lead those guys to 2-5. Our HC with his non developed scheme was purely factors needing to be overcome.

But he wore a shirt that said something and read a book...lol

2-5 team changed one single variable factor. Siri got out of the way. Same players…same O….same everything exactly….immediately thrived and went on a run to make the playoffs after Siri got out of the way.

In any science experiment that is exactly proving the cause of weak link. Siri got out of the way…everything remaining the same…team flourished.

Overcame Siri….dug out of the hole he placed them in.

Only way 2021 success should be described.

Be missing all the glaring details of the circumstances.

Not accomplishing enough in the postseason. Starting 2-5. Weren’t benefits carrying out team that season towards success. Those were all elements producing the most impossible situation to overcome for our franchise.
