One guy doesn't block your path. Maybe AJ blocks their path too 

Winning the SB is the goal. Planning to win your division should really be paramount. Having a very sharp eye on winning in the postseason? Not even close to next level thinking here. Winning the NFC has to be the focus.

Who deals with AJ???? Works both ways. DeJean gives me a physical guy who can make plays on contested balls. He's a rookie(or will be). i can't ask him to cover Lamb out of the gate. That takes experience

But could this draft and decisions be based on one single player even? Can you draft any DB at 22 that can’t matchup with Lamb?

IMO DeJean is the best overall fit for us. I draft him for that,not specific players.He will watch film,be coached to transition to the speed of the NFL and how the WR's play and the tendencies of every guy he will face just like anyone else would have to do. If we pass on him at 22,I don't see Dullaz passing on him at 24

By matching up…I’m really not even saying ‘Shutdown’…can we place DeJean against Lamb 75 percent of the time heads up in Man…and just contain Lamb…to like 60 yards and TD?

With DeJean you have him 5 years(or more) How long will Lamb play? You can't draft like that

Not seeing g your final out as any issue at all. Cowboys drafting Oline. 100 percent. But they draft well. So they’ll get a good replacement.

Lamb I’d easily make an educated guess cowboys sign him at least four years…before his next next extension…of course.
