Getting on your players in practice is what’s needed sometimes. Sometimes fiery can be good. Especially when combined with confidence and demanding greatness. Blowing up getting emotionally compromised in the tight game situations hurts the team.

Then the players need to stop making bonehead plays in tight games. One play can cost you a SB as we know. I'm sure you have heard "every snap matters",but it really does

Ringo overcame his HC losing his s41t by sealing the game with the walk off interception.

Execution which I have said so many times. I can run 4 plays. If you can't stop me on any of them, I will win every game

Will Saquan be the best RB in the league?

No. The Eagles have too  many other weapons

Stuff happens in games. Still need your players staying cool and being smart ready to execute and perform. Should go without saying of your HC. I expect it from 23 year old players. The HC it’s pretty pathetic to deal with it so consistently from.

Winning games by blowout margins can keep Siri from blowing his top. What about the close contested competitions though?

He just wants to win. How about the passion of T.O. and other players. How about the intimidation factor of the '85 bears defense? People channel their emotional passion in different ways. Some guys just throw clipboards, others will beat up chairs. The world is full of different personas. You can like them or not because not everyone is you(or me)

Great….what if you have moments in games that don’t go your way? You know like most every week of an NFL season.

Swift went over 1k and we had the same weapons. I think Bark is better than Swift, but once again it depends on the right side Oline. Also depends on if Hurts gives him the ball. Swift got 1k even with Hurts the ball hog. IDK what "best" means either.most TD's ,yards, wins? Won't know until the season starts to play out IMO

Exactly why many people shrink instead of thrive and step up under the brightest lights and biggest pressure moments. Can you maintain your cool and perform in the clutch against adversity? That’s what tends to be the difference in champions.

Then I get ticked that my players didn't execute the plays, same as Siri does. Maybe I don't yell, just throw a clipboard. if I am exceedingly angry maybe I throw it at the player.Or maybe it was such a bone head mistake that I blow up because "you know better than that"

We're asking Hurts to do that now,or at least I am. If Hurts executes,he can keep Siri quiet lol

Also when you see your team collapsing,it doesn't do much to keep you "even keeled"

Don Shula, Bill Bellicheat and AR are the heat NFL coaches I’ve seen. When the going gets real tight at the end of big games have these guys starting throwing chairs? Or are they the calming HC that permeates through to their players? Or like Siri do they start lashing out and their own players and coaches where all of their OWN are looking at them with disappointment and disgust?

So you don’t see any correlation in the situation with the HC and the collapse? I draw a straight line!

Every person is different

Eagles have too many weapons for him to be the "BEST" RB in the league. But then i guess it depends on how you define BEST. Total yards? YPC, YPG?

10-1 then lack of execution. Who cares what the emotions are? I was against changing coaches during the season, but maybe Lurie was the one throwing chairs in the exec office alone, which you DON;T see

Big Dom was banned from the sideline. Siri had zero answers X and O wise to adjust to situations. Rosie undercut our HC by executing his preseason plan of demoting Desai and promoting Patricia.

Exactly some are champions and winners…some fold and blowup under the pressure.

McCaffrey was and  is the presumed favorite. Can’t say he has less weapons on his team.

You have Henry in Baltimore. They have plenty of weapons.

Right, IDK what best means. I just want everyone to do their jobs. The "bests" will come out as the season goes on. Sometimes mediocre RB's exceed because of  top O line, but we're paying top dollar for WR's so I would rather have that tandem as the "best"..If the Oline is solid I see no reason Bark can't succeed. I was bothered by Hurts ball hogging when receivers were waving their arms for the ball downfield, yet Hurts was one of the "best". Now he needs to get the other highly paid players involved and with Bark as a 3 down RB I see little reson Hurts needs to run himself. Using Goedert correctly will help also. As a former TE he was really used incorrectly. So get every weapon [pl;aying to their strengths and we will win

Yeah and they are more of a running team than we are. He should do well there
