We went 10-1,led the league with bad coaches. Now we replaced some that hopefully Siri wanted to work with. They can't be much worse. The HC should delegate to the OC and DC telling him what he wants and Siri making the decisions. A decent HC has a great supporting cast,those guys are more important to me than the HC. You can be mediocre as long as you are all on the same page(see Ped and the SB year)

Clearly Cowboys weren’t worried about losing him…then neither were the Chargers. We interviewed him and deemed him a lesser option deciding to go with Siri instead.
