You sign guys... they get a signing bonus... obviously they get paid but that all doesn't count vs the cap. We just locked up all these guys... they all got money, obviously they are on the books and we have to account for that in the future. You know who has no " indebtedness" Dallas.... because they show nothing.... but 3 players can all of a sudden get around a half of a billion dollars soon. Either that, or they lose the players.
