But the trade off should have been the bouncing back quicker on the backs of the youth.

The key is just having a quality enough O mind that has answers to the test for the expectations and what the changes and adaptations should be. What did Hurts do wrong... not a result of a play...but simply say Hurts should have not done this, he should have done this instead. Never heard that yet.
