Proven track record of how much he hindered the team accomplishing those wins while relying on others to bail him out. What did he start calling plays? 2-5. Then same team Steichen takes over gets hot and makes the playoffs. Steichen remains running the O to the SB. Then leaves and the team relies on momentum carrying over from the past and regresses under Siri again. All the way down to can’t beat the Cards or be competitive against a so so Bucs playoff noncontender. But even though it’s pretty damning on his job performance actually how the wins have actually occurred….its still his best resume asset. That and he mastered maximizing us on short yardage. Wins is pretty much the only thing that matters. What world are we living in where it doesn't?

I wouldn't characterize the other losses on his plays....more so like in Seattle and vs ATL this year....he clearly had an opportunity to win those games and threw unnecessary interceptions ... but I wouldn't blame him for the loss ...more so not making the play to win when there was an opportunity. The Jets game was just no excuse for that Interception at the end when we had the lead. We saw bonehead play in the SB,then running backwards in TB. yes the game was lost but why make yourself a laughing stock? Last years collapse. This year led the league in picks and fumbles through 4 games(bonehead) SO now we STOPPED letting him run things and made him a game manager. That's not a bad thing,we won a SB with that, but Hurts will never be in the MVP convo again

Any good GM should try and negotiate the best he can. But we missed out on every WR opportunity Rosie attempted…thankfully. He clearly can’t just find a WR by not investing the top dollar or pick. But we got AJ because Hurts is great friends with him. Hurts worked out with a WR that wasn’t his teammate that offseason. Then magically AJ just cuts off negotiations with the Titans. He obviously knew there was a desperate team that was willing to pay top dollar. Plus he would get to play with his trusted buddy…instead of the doomed looking passing potential ahead in Tenn. But Titans didn’t cease negotiations. We’re actively negotiating to pay AJ. When a player knows he can get paid top dollar as a guy dependent on the QB…what choice would you make? Titans not paying him is totally different than the very crucial details involved in the team’s largest contract. If the Titans chose to not pay him they’d have ceased negotiations. But AJ did…forcing them to trade. If a player stops negotiations and demands a trade…what can any GM do?
November 1, 20241 yr Author Ham calls me a hater because I said long ago Hurts is a RB who can throw. Why is that a bad thing??? Did I say it was bad? No, but that's what I see and was labeled an inept non fan who doesn't know what he's talking about

He won't overpay. There was no "magic",the Titans stood firm on their offer and being on a loser team he looked elsewhere

I was thrilled when Howie took Q and DeJean back to back. An injection we sorely needed I mean he hits and misses. For the Smitty pick there was the Reagor pick. Shipley hasn’t proven to be anything. Davis such a high pick …definitely not living up to draft status….but not impressive even. I don’t want to take away that Rosie really looks into every opportunity. He’s overall done well. But he’s at his best hiring and using the right people to do their jobs for him to succeed. When he listens to football guys he tends to pick good players. When he overrules and take the lead on football knowledge areas he whiffs. Smart guy that isn’t scared to take charge. But better negotiator and skilled several steps ahead thinker. He’s better at being the dick boss to grill the winning coach after a game and mostly work the calculator. Experienced enough to be guarded at securing our corporation from spies working their corporate espionage.

November 2, 20241 yr Author We now have rushing stats and Hurts is a middle of the pack passer, those are the stats to date

November 2, 20241 yr Author Now we probably won't get that, with Hurts as a game manager,so we will run and control the ball on long time wasting drives with a better defense to get us the ball back. I was assuming Hurts could learn the Moore offense but that is gone now

That he’d be better for our team by demanding his ego and fame to be fed taking away from Saquan’s once in a career opportunity..against our rival even. That if he was jealous and stat chasing to take away from his teammates very important moment that makes him better for us. That instead of getting pulled in the blowout you’d favor him stat chase risking his health for all the future games ahead. That our ability to kill massive end of game clock to victory(well Falcons should have been anyway) you hate. That you prefer to score quickly going for broke to give our opponent their only chance to win. Kill the clock and win? Or try and score as much as possibly quickly so our opponent gets their only chance to come back?

We tried and now went back to the same old same old,but now we have a stud RB

I already posted the link if you want to go back Evidently I need to post the link of how the players came together to confront Siri on how the O has to get better? But I wouldn’t want you to consider any alternatives to Hurts Hating when they were groping last season also. At least Siri’s incompetence gave us the positive of our team won’t just gripe and put up with it. They learned they must be proactively showing unity to confront the coach demanding more.
