UH all the players say Siri has an open door policy. Stop making him out to be some kind of ogre. The players are fine with him as the coach. Why do you try to create problems that don't exist?

The players have been stuck with him as coach. Big difference. It’s a bad look for anybody to call for another man’s head.

Cool 1 game at a time. I like those short terms

Then don’t expect players to really develop or the O to develop. Just go with the five plays you can run in TC and skip any coaching.

Then there should be a link, writers don't talk without writing

Ray Didinger on Wip I believe. So look up and see what you can find in print.

Like every team in the NFL LOL. Nothing special here

Exactly…to skip and short cut the scheme, understandings of purpose, to short cut and never really teach/coach our Franchise QB. Just go with the plays he knows and go backwards from there.

They learned the lesson last season…just all individually whining and b17ching about the weak O scheme didn’t actually get change. They learned to organize and come with a clear message and purpose. Step up the O …not good enough.

Where was your vaunted leader during the collapse? He went down faster than a Thai hooker

See you are missing it all. The O was very weak with no scheme and no real diversity with personnel lineups even being a ‘tell’ for what plays were being run. This is exactly what I’m talking about. You and Sitj one week at a time is so clearly going to end collapsing. You gotta grow progress and adapt.

He has an open door policy and will talk to players whenever they want. You make it sound like they had to stage a coup. Ridiculous

Yep…just complaining each week from a different guy…nothing changed. They learned they had to get much more serious and provide a united front to demand more.

So much BS in your posts anymore.it's sad really. You should be a reporter for TMZ and Star magazine and hang out at Waa Waa for the latest updates on coaching abilities

How can you not understand what’s been occurring? You just try and blame Hurts. The O coaching and scheme was pathetic. It was stale and predictable. Hurts and his playmakers just went out and did it the hard way by just making plays. But your one game at a time approach just so obviously leads to exactly that kind of collapse:

This was being leaked by several unexpected players last season even at 10-1. The players saw it coming and weren’t happy just like myself. You and a few others heck bent on blaming Hurts are the only ones missing the very plain obvious.

So I don't think that Moore is against running the ball.

What i expected from Moore....

1.  QB under center

2.  Two TE sets, using one as FB

3.  Motion

The amount of runs really doesn't matter.

Getting some middle of the field plays by moving Smitty and even AJ. More formations that actually have multiple plays to not just give playcalls away so easy. Just tripled the playbook usage. Playaction. An actual scheme. An actual rhyme and reason everything’s being done. Let Moore and Coach Doug go to work.

Hunh?

Exactly. Your he11 bent on blaming Hurts so heavily you’re missing everything going on with that team.

Again.... generalization.... just like a politician.

It’s not just one tiny tidbit…it’s big chunks of massively important football knowledge. Just that bad…that generalization is exactly how big the issue has been.

...instead if Hamtheman.... maybe you should use Kamalatheman??

How many posts now. ... without one concrete example???

All those posts you skipped has been exposing this in detail the whole time.

Really.... what are Hurt's shortcomings?

Dude I’ve gone over and over this in great detail and giving the reasons for much of it. But everybody else gets a coach as a pro to help and teach them all these football knowledge.

You are going to use the spin...." he isn't the best at.... or he could work on...

Instead of reality...." he is below average or not good at .."

Or you are going to make it a joint issue...not just a Hurts issue

We know Hurts weaknesses

1.  Short QB so he can't see over the OL

2. Arm is weak for 2024 NFL

3. Vision is below average for an NFL QB.

4.  Mentally slow in processing more than 2 reads.

5. Holds the ball too long anymore, not killing plays when they aren't going to work.

6. Looks to escape the pocket often when there isn't even real pressure yet.

Usually a coach with an actual scheme and purpose explains how and why things get done in their O with each play against every different D. Like if they are in Cover 2….try and hold that S and hit AJ here. In zone I want the WR to get In this area and the QB should look for him there.

See he had Kelce to read the D calling the blocking. Didn’t really have Hurts with much power audibling. So we weren’t seeing Hot reads from WR hardly either.

Reading the D helps if you have time on the playclock to actually look at it. Which Siri was struggling with. He wasn’t setting up plays down the line after doing the opposite earlier in the game much. See it’s that FL and Siri simple thoughts never thinking ahead. One game at a time. One play at a time. Instead of a pro O scheme with thoughtful playcalling,

But Siri obviously being a first time HC original season it’s very obvious now…he just completely left out the key coaching of the game of football. He one step one game at a time approaches everything.

See? Siri had Kelce doing some of these key things. Which is great. But….just because the young QB can rely on the HoF vet C to do the job until year in games…all this knowledge still needs to be taught,

So consider Kelce’s role. All those things weren’t being taught much to the franchise QB just because there wasn’t the pressing one game at a time play at a time need.

Reading a D. Which isn’t just the oversimplified job you two both pretend it is. You need to recognize the D, yes. But be taught in every scheme with those plays and coaching how it’s to be done. Who’s supposed to supply the answers to the O scheme if not the coach supposedly a master of that scheme he’s brought and hired to use.

Vision comes off of all this. But also starts from a comfort of knowing where everybody is at in each play. You know the stuff that takes time and lots of reps to master and know like the back of your hand. But Hurts has been in a new O every season but one…where he was MVP runner up and SB runner up.

How can you not understand how all this stuff so intertwines together?

So let’s take you both thinking reading a D is just identifying presnap and postsnap the D play. You’re missing the key ingredient. What the coach wants from his players to occur based on that D. Knowing the D is great. But if you don’t have a plan accordingly it doesn’t really mean anything.

But see it’s worse than just Siri not teaching our guys all this..pretty much because Siri’s O is random playcalling from a playbook, But in an actual O your dunking a scheme. The coach that’s well versed in the scheme needs to get across to everybody what is expectations are for each play against every D.

Then you get into the play called on O just won’t even adapt well to certain D plays, so then the master of the scheme(call him coach) makes it known he wants it audibled to a certain answer to counter that D.
