Lucky. Siri needs to figure this BS out. Just awful decisions

You need two reporters on the same page in the press conference....

One guy asking why he refuses to take points ...and before he answers...the other guy yells " because he's an idiot" then both walk out.

Siri put us in a position to lose. Just when I was back on his side he pulls this cra-p

Dullaz lost to ATL

I don’t want to say the Eagles got lucky, AT HOME, vs a 2-6 team….but they got lucky.

I love Barkley. Why would he be coached to fall down in bounds BEFORE the 2 minute warning and not just go and get that first down? Poor coaching or dumb decision on his part?

Baun is a football player! He is one of the better LB the Eagles have had in quite some time.

And Dak pulled a hammy today

Don't know how bad but he didn't return

I should be happy.  Eagles won! Yet, I’m more disappointed in how they won. They just seem like such an average team. Barely beat BAD teams. Lose to the winning ones. Thats average or below.

I will give Hurts props on the 3rd and long throw to Smith for a TD. IT WAS A BETTER CATCH, but in sure FG range, Hurts put the ball where ONLY his guys could catch it or nobody could catch it. Better still, he gave his guy a chance.
My question is why does it take AJ going out before he throws the ball to Smith?  Just saying.

Yeah he always has been pretty consistently holding everything down here. I can be much more accepting of hiring him as HC. That was done even mostly over he had lined up strong coordinators. So that whole decision makes sense to not be atrocious. But even hiring Siri to be HC to begin with and best reasoning never should have been because he was the top HC candidate on his own merit.

I’ve been the one railing against our HC. But I gotta give you credit on working on some fitting tags to describe his terrible goofs. Instead I write many long posts. Concise catch phrases for each of his duties he isn’t qualified to be a HC would work and be understood so much better him I’m sure.

You and the other 31 teams

Why not the 32nd team us?

What is is record since he has been the coach here? I mean overall since day 1? Are we back to this BS AGAIN? He has NEVER had a sub .500 season

So you credit Siri for the reason we won today?

Siri isn’t going anywhere anytime soon so doesn’t matter he is about to make the playoffs for the 4th year we all know Lurie isn’t going to fire him.

Hell even not taking the extra point is right up Howie/Lurie ally they love the analytics and when you get a penalty the analytics say you should go for it since you only have a yard to go.

Even if I don’t agree with that approach and still say we should have talent the extra points

Cincy had a terrible D and didn’t have Higgins wasn’t all that great of a test for this team… I want a team playing like a playoff opponent and right now that’s Washington not to mention Dan Quinn has coached the Dallas D ever since Siri took over so he knows what to expect from our team offensively

Not terrible points by you. But also a desperate team that really needed a win at all costs. One thing that proved some strengths being legit was Ja’Marr Chase and Burrow. Q covered him very well. DeJean made an outstanding tacking on him in space.

But they still weren’t a good team lol some great players sure but how different would it have looked if we had to focus on Chase and Higgins for our young DBs instead of just Chase???
doesn’t take away how well we played but wasn’t some amazing test for the team either which was the point.
We have looked great against teams we should beat now how will we look against a playoff caliber team the only ones we have on the schedule are Washington/Baltimore/Steelers

That backwards spin/hurdle by Bark made me smile ear to ear LOL

He side stepped and swiped off the first defender. He spin moves the second. The jumps the third backwards. Finally tackled by two guys. Obviously we just are forced to give the ball to such a bad option because our QB is so terrible.

Wow...can you ever once not make it about yourself?

Just once?

I guess we’re lucky that Hurts is not fit to be a starting QB so we became the first team that would turn to Saquan to get lucky with him finally looking like a decent RB. Gotta give Siri credit for taking the chance on such a hidden gem he discovered and was able to coach up and develop. Just look at Siri’s HC record…he really gets every player for us thriving and coached up. Just imagine how our team this whole time would have looked without Siri carrying us. We’d have been picking first in the draft every year.

When does Mailata come back? Fred Johnson hasn’t been horrible but can definitely tell he is the weak link on the OL as well

On IR…but really I just rather him take an extra game and get healthy than rushed back playing injured.

Read your first sentence.

One time make it about the Eagles...not yourself.

It's hard for narcissistic people to do so... but try it once

Type a post without I or me...try it

They said during the first tush push we were down to around 85% success rate and that was without the two fails during the 2pts…. It’s definitely not as automatic as it was

Yeah that play I gotta credit Siri with perfecting making great use of his personnel. We were good at it….but he took it several more levels of very detailed perfection. Several steps he real specifically took a play we were good at and upgraded it…the move bringing in that Rugby guy was a great outside the box move…that gave us an advantage over football coaching thinking. But like everything…so many of the best players and coaches have spent so much time breaking down how to defend it. NFL everybody is just too good for anything to ever not get solved.

Tush push no longer a sure thing, STOP it

Yeah it’s been clearly much more of a struggle this season. We really still were successful by the smallest of margins. Sheer will of our guys just refusing to be beat. Which makes me see such similarities to what happened last season. Really was how we got to 10-1. I know a couple of you point to Siri being the driving force creating his win/loss success on his back by just coaching everybody up and having the superior plays and scheme that left all DCs dumbfounded…not. But seriously exactly how last year took place. We had fantastic playmakers that are such competitive winners. Our guys on O had to overcome ridiculous challenges. Our D was terrible. Our coaching was terrible. It really was the competitive will of our playmakers. They really just had to overcome all that by figuring out ways to be just fantastic versatile top playmakers.
