GreenbleedinNC
We're winning and we need to keep gelling and let those young studs on defense gather experience. If we "peak" at the right time who knows? Right now we are kind of being counted out by the media pundits.Q looks terrific,DeJean is playing well for basically missing out on camp and being hurt for most of it. The kid studies as much film as he has time to absorb in his off time. He is really a fan of the game and he's going to be a great player and I hope he makes a boatload of money because kids like that who work deserve it. Wilson will be a suitable slot. Calcaterra seems like he is progressing albeit slowly. We are missing some key pieces like Mailata and Goedert. I still believe Dotson also has talent we can use and hopefully my boy ASmith can get back and contribute. We can rotate slot guys to force match up issues. We just need to get them all back into the mix.I still feel this is one of the best teams we have assembled overall. I am giving up on Hurts being a passer and will just have to like(against my grain) that he is a game manager although an expensive one and using the passing sparingly. It's boring, but if that's how we win, then that's how we win. Barkley is so humble and nice off the field, but he is punishing defenses. I think he is enjoying himself being with a team that has SB quality. I hope we let Shipley get some reps. Him and Barkley as a tandem is excellent moving forward. I like that we are being discounted. I love being the underdog and shoving that pie in their(media) faces.. The Cincy win was a pleasant surprise. I had that down as a loss and I am more than happy to have been wrong. I want Dullaz. I want both games and I want to punish them.Get some guys back and who knows? I can't blow off that we could be in the SB again. It's all possible if we put the pieces together

cunninghamtheman
Hurts as a game manager QB? You never cease to surprise me with your takes. The guy that throws mostly downfield making big plays. The guy that creates and converts first downs with fantastic shows of athleticism. The player mostly known for his unbelievable ability to create outside the lines of given plays improvising.

cunninghamtheman
Have to say I was giving up on Calcattara. He’s been a pleasant surprise. Low bar I know….
cunninghamtheman
How would you rank our teams past QB’s all time? Feels to me like there are the three main QBs to think on considering their order. Cunningham, Foles and McNabb. I can see making a case for the three to belong in every order. Cunningham’s best absolutely phenomenal season with the Vikes doesn’t apply. Same with Foles struggles elsewhere.

cunninghamtheman
Now I need to point out that I’ve just called things like I’ve seen them. Consistently given my opinion on pretty much everything occurred with this team. With that concerning Rosie it’s been plenty of everything as for my opinions of good or bad. Which is the way most everything in life really is and should be. He has things he’s fantastic at…and areas of weakness. At his best when we did win the SB what I witnessed was he was coming straight from being very humbled and forced to look inward to improve by being consciously self aware. Plenty of fortune was in place also. But he put together the complete Championship Puzzle team. Not just players…but everybody. This I give him full credit deservedly for accomplishing without any shadows of a doubt. Won it without HoF Peters and stud QB1 Wentz with a HC he hired as a first timer in that role from scratch.

I wonder how many teams only threw 59 times the last 3 weeks? Out of 32 ... my guess is between 1 and 3....us being one of them

Never really heard it being applied to a QB ad libbing convert first downs on his own with his legs…or striking making big passing plays. Or bullying his way to not be denied from scoring a TD by physical force.
cunninghamtheman
Two backup Oline in on a squad we finally made the big move to get the elite RB. Of course we should utilize Saquan. Just because we are built to rush the ball so well doesn’t just make our QB a game manager.

Also not teams having their rivals best player RB featured in his return.

cunninghamtheman
Throwing it 59 air yards for a TD is game managing now? cunninghamtheman
Those who’ve blamed the lack of motion, QB being under C, reading Ds and low passing numbers over the middle on inability of Hurts….just got without question proven to be wrong. All clear developments resulting from less Siri.

joemas6
The intelligence of blaming the coach with the highest winning % in team history ...because he talks some trash to fans....is hilarious Yet worship at the alter of a coach who had the genius to pass 62% of the time with 3 RBs....Duce, Buckhalter and Westbrook....with WRs...Thrash, Pinkston and Mitchell. Very ironic.
