Stafford is overrated every year. Dude has all the arm talent in the world is a solid dude but not a winner, not sure if him or Lions or both.

Oh yeah that jackson. Fun to watch, interesting to see if he can last or goes the way of the running qb.

Yeah i wouldnt put brady on there either he was average last year, plus im not sure the bucs have the same affinity for cheating as the Pats😒

Id put Matt Ryan possibly even cousins above brady at this point.

Can't we all just laugh at the pure incompetence that is the Washington Football Team?

Would be embarrassing if we were their first win as the "Washington Football Team".

Cant lose to them week 1.

Little confused.....why not just do top 10?

I appreciate Orlovsky and his support for Wentz but hes a little strange.

I don't understand the Stafford love. I know Orlovsky was in Detroit as a backup so he's probably biased.

Isnt Orlovsky the QB that stepped out of the back of the end zone twice in a row without a clue he had stepped out.

Dudes a couple cans short of a six pack.

You know that's just the sort of stat that goes against the Eagles.  It seems like the sort of thing that always happens.  Tampa Bay has never won a playoff game under certain temperature, this would be the longest field goal in NFL history, no team has ever lost a home playoff after such and such circumstance...the Eagles 9 out of 10 times have those things go against them.

With that being said, Washington is going to have a very good defense.  Rivera and Del Rio have loads of talent on that side of the ball.

I like it — best they can do for now until the new name is chosen.

The new team name should be down to Wolverines or Woebegone at this point.  If they can get a graphic artist to do up a proper depiction of a wolverine for the emblem on the helmet and jersey it’s the best option.

Incidentally — not to be too politically incorrect — but I’ll be jumping in and correcting anybody who references the team’s history prior to 2020 and attempts to insert the new name.  The team was the Redskins up to the end of 2019.

So basically you jumped into a conversation for no reason. I was mocking him because there is a difference between state and federal, so your whole point is that I was right. Thanks. I never said they were there to enforce state law. He was saying state law says state LEO have to be identified. That doesn't apply to feds. The rest of this is pointless.

Mocking?   I am saying that any state police officer is to identify himself when asked, which is the rule in our state for our officers.  It should be the same for any federal officer, in my opinion, but I said nothing about them.

Our founding fathers, having been oppressed by the crown, were very reluctant to have national police powers and limited such to those as granted under the Constitution and to enforce rights preserved for individuals under the Constitution.  That’s pretty limited.  That is why the Tenth Amendment.  Further consider Habeas Corpus and its history.  Read a little Blackstone.  Read the Magna Carta.  The rights are the backbone of common law.  NCIggles can help you with that, he is a lawyer

Constitution, Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution states, "The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.”

Alexander Hamilton wrote in his Federalist Paper No. 84 "The establishment of the writ of habeas corpus, the prohibition of ex post facto laws…are perhaps greater securities to liberty and republicanism than any [the Constitution] contains.”

And Thomas Jefferson called the protections provided by habeas corpus one of the "essential principles of our Government.”

They have a talented D line but behind that not so sure not much at corner or LB.

So if we ask an undercover officer to identify himself he has to?

Yeah, my mother-in-law was aghast when the wife or I would yell at our Alexa because she misheard something....

They have talent at LB.  Ryan Anderson, John Bostic, Thomas Davis (37 now but still producing like Sam Mills) Cole Holcomb (future stud).

They also have Reuben Foster but I don't know where he stands as far as suspended or what.

Corner is their big question mark.  They have decent safeties too.

This honestly wouldn’t be a bad purchase.

You posted the state law that doesn't apply to them. What you think is irrelevant to the law of the land. I've read those, but thanks. The right to go before a judge has nothing to do with them being marked prior to arrest.

State law does apply to them if they are attempting to enforce state laws.

Ah, we are back to you jumping into conversations. Not what I'm talking about yet again. Follow...

He posted PA state law that do not apply to feds. They do not have to be marked because I am not talking about when they are only enforcing state laws. They only enforce state law when they are working with the states, in which case I'm sure they will be marked. If not I'm sure their attorneys will have a nice lawsuit planned.

They have broad wiggle room to make arrests on FEDERAL crimes which can be broad as you should know as a lawyer and they do not have to work with the states. Crossing state lines to commit a crime...EO over statues....buildings...the list goes on. Any of those they are free to not be marked.
