He is just a bad football player and it got so bad here they basically had to just hand the ball off to him to get anything out of him. Such a bad player and pick. The best part is he swears he’s so much better than he actually is. I know a ton of people that walk around with that same mindset in life. Shame. He probably left here and badmouthed Philly blaming the team for everything (not taking any responsibility for his own lack of development). He's really showing us now!!

I’ll never forget that Reese and Marks interview with his college coach. Man it’s bad when the guy who is supposed to be backing you basically throws you under the bus. 😂 I knew from that point there might be some issues, but I had no clue he’d be this bad!

I'm just glad he is no longer our problem and that Howie has since rectified the mistake with how he rebuilt the WR corp. It was clearly the wrong pick, and looking at his college numbers it was clear he wasn't the pick, I honestly have no idea how he was even in the top 20 WR prospects in that draft, he runs bad routes, has nowhere near the pace he was supposed to and has stone hands. Meanwhile the guy we picked him over looks like he's going to the Hall.

I really wanted Lamb and thought we were going to have him fall into our lap. Jefferson was my consolation prize. But hey, could have been worse … could have been the team to have taken Ruggs.

December 22, 20222 yr https://www.nfl.com/news/colts-bench-matt-ryan-name-nick-foles-starting-qb-chargers-monday-night Quote Colts bench Matt Ryan, name Nick Foles starting QB for Monday's game vs. Chargers

But this also seems like a knee jerk reaction to last week's crazy loss (otherwise why would they not go to Foles earlier?). I don't think it is fair to place that L solely on Ryan's shoulders. When a team gives up 36 points in a half (22 in the 4th quarter alone), plenty of the blame should be directed toward the defense.

I agree it took them way too long to give Foles a shot even after the first time they sat Ryan. The only thing I could think is they were either afraid of Foles getting injured or they really weren’t trying to win. Glad we didn’t have to play Nick though. The Universe might have collapsed in on itself. 😂

But even after that, they could have went to Foles, but they went back to Ryan and he was brutal for them in the first half of the season. It almost felt like they forced Reich to go to that guy even though they knew of the history between him and Foles.

I think that was just Saturday not knowing WTF to do. Nothing that organization does lately seems to make much sense.

Weirdly I heard and read that they supposedly had one of the best lines in football going into this season, but they have been bad this year. Their GM used to be considered one of the best, but I have no clue what they’re trying to do right now.
