Even the dumbest of the dumb MAGA's couldn't fully buy that Iran was an imminent threat and, obviously, they don't give a hoot about the well being of oppressed ay-rabs (I know, I know, but they don't). As of right now, yes. I don’t think anyone really wants to get involved with that task or getting pulled into the war. There still isn’t a clear goal in this whole mess and this administration just all over the place with their talking points.

The threats about NATO facing consequences if they don’t assist could move the scales to some sort of assistance.

I mean, when Britain offered help, Trump basically blew them off and said the US doesn’t need any help. Same goes for the drone defense from Ukraine.

The NATO countries have been stuck between a rock and a hard place since Trump took office again. They basically have the same need as the suppressed Iranians. They need the Ayatollah Trumpa.s.s regime gone just like Iran needs that Ayatollah Khomeini regime gone.

Both need to happen from within to be successfully. Earliest is the midterms, if they actually happen.
