Caught between giving Iran more economic relief than Obama and no nuclear deal, he's trying to find any kind of win he can frame to his MAGA chumps as a grand plan strategy. So expect some really wacky MAGA talking point downloads as he pinballs between 'our defeat hurts Russia more", "Iran's nuclear capacity has been obliterated after all" and "I solved the middle east with accords +)
