The Bye Week has been very good to the Eagles. We now have sole possession of the 1st seed, thanks to Packers and Lions losing to NFC foes. The top of the NFC standings look like this.

So it is on to our Monday Night game with the Packers. It will be the 50th game between the two teams with the Packers holding the Regular Season series edge 28-17. They have also met 4 times in the Postseason, with the Eagles holding a 3-1 edge in those contests.

As we do each week, we are gathering Game Score predictions. Packers SHOULD have a ton of motivation playing the eagles......Eagles beating them in playoffs, the NFC top seed at stake, at home, and coming off an embarrassing loss to the panthers.

But the eagles have some motivation of their own.......with the packers cowardly move against the tush push, maintaining the NFC top seed, coming off a well needed bye week to reestablish their claim to the best team in the NFL and getting getting that one-man motivation machine Brandon Graham back.

The additions of Phillips, Carter and Alexander have been received with some uncertainty, but if they stay healthy, those additions, along with Graham and Nolan Smith, will elevate the birds defense tremendously.

I think the eagles come out cranked up and ready to shove it down the packers throat.

Final Packers Game Score Prediction Results

A total of 54 predictions were recorded with 6 for a Packers win and 47 for an Eagles win.

It comes as no surprise that no one was close to the 10-7 final score, but @b_west3's 23-16 prediction was the closest, and wins the chicken dinner.

The following Bonus predictions were correct or close to correct

@Alpha_TATEr was half right with his "The defense locks it down. Mitchell has a late INT to seal it"

@devpool was mostly right with his "I don't think GB is dangerous, however they're coming off a huge disappointment at home. They'll be looking to bounce back so we'll be getting their best between that and us being defending champs."

@greendestiny27 got what he hoped for with his "Bad vibe about this one unfortunately, hopefully it's just me."
