It really is quite extraordinary and I am grateful.

I wish that was much more often.
10 hours ago10 hr Keldric Faulk, TJ Parker, Cashius Howell, Malachi Lawrence, Zion Young, R. Mason Thomas, Gabe Jacas, I see these guys all over the place in mocks and draft rankings with Faulk usually the first one off the board in the 15-25 range and the rest anywhere from the 20's to the 50's. What do we think of these edge rushers for the birds @HazletonEagle or anyone else?

10 hours ago10 hr I understand being ahead of youtube scouts. But how can the NFL be late on a guy? Stribling is now turning down meetings with teams because there just isnt enough time. That means, theyre late on him. Brugler said teams used to talk about him in the 4th round. Now, hes going to go in the top 64, and its just a question of how high. So, it sounds like he is firmly in the 2nd round. How could this happen? He was very obviously, very good.

Usually gets 3-4 more yards than you think he will, even on routine catches. One of the few guys I’ve seen in this class who outruns angles. Not sure why he’s moved schools so often. He’ll go earlier than most expect — possibly even early 2nd round.

What do we think of these edge rushers for the birds @HazletonEagle or anyone else?Im out on Faulk. I think theres too much there not to be more productive. Its like those Texas A&M linemen last year who were great athletes with no production. Hes super young. But that doesnt guarantee development. Ive said a few times, Amobi Okoye is the cautionary tale. He may become awesome, but Im fine with letting another team take the chance and if theyre right, they can have that win.Im late 2nd on Parker. I believe there is immense upside based on his 2024 season. It wasn there this year. All of Clemson was a mess. But hes a little stiff so its not as if it can be explained away by the rest of the team not performing. He individually isnt perfect. R Mason Thomas I just havent paid any attention to. I was not interested due to his size. I really cant even tell you anything about his skillset. Hes smaller and less explosive than Howell. I know the production is there, but I prefer Howell, and drew the line in the sand on the undersized issue for someone smaller than him. Zion Young- I have a preference for heavy handed, power rushers. That generally translates. Even when they lack bend, these guys can win. I wish I posted the video in here this year and I cant remember who said it and when... but there was another media scout talking about interviewing OTs and how they said those guys are the guys that give them the hardest time. And over time hearing about that more and more, he changed the way he ranks his pass rushers and started valuing the power more. Ive been that way for a while and it was cool to hear that validation from this guy through actual offensive tackles telling him so. With all that said, Zion Young has legal issues and I dont believe he will be on the eagles board. Otherwise, Id consider him at 23 or in a slight trade down.Gabe Jacas- Ive posted about him a few times in here. Hes explosive enough but not excitingly so like Malachi Lawrence is. What he is though, is one of those strong guys. And Indiana used him in space some, dropping in to coverage and he does it surprisingly well for a 265lb guy. I can see him as a candidate to sneak in to round 1. And I see him as likely one of the eagles top guys on the board when we get to 23, or with a small trade down preferably. Howell and Lawrence have been my top 2 edge rushers for a while. In addition to the heavy hand traits that I like, I also take note of elite 10 yard split times. I began valuing it mainly because I noticed Tyrann Mathieu's 10 yard split and imagined how it made him such a good blitzer. Because that acceleration off the LOS is really hard for OTs to keep up with. That is obviously even more relevant for edge rushers than safeties. Howell's was a 1.58, and Lawrence's was 1.59. They were top 2 at the combine this year. Beat every other guy with an elite name you can think of. (Reese tied Howell for #1). No one else tied with Lawrence for #2. Brennan Thompson was the fastest man at the combine. Ran 4.2s. His 10 yard split was 1.54. Crazy, these big edge rushers are not that far away. This is why Howell's arm length doesnt bother me that much. I think hes so quick, OTs wont be able to get their hands on him all that consistently. I also posted a video of him 1 on 1 with the top OT in this draft, Mauigoa, and Howell did absolutely fine. Lawrence doesnt even have the arm length issue. He is just a downright freak of nature. Id add 2 michigan guys to the list- Derrick Moore is a little stiff but very heavy handed strength rusher. My type. Eagles type. Hes a 2nd round target. The other is Jaishawn Barham. He is a very inexperienced edge. And yes, even more undersized than Howell which I ruled R Mason Thomas out for. But this is another top end 10 yard split time. He is 4th at the combine in 10 yard time. He plays nasty. Hes basically another Nolan Smith. He pops guys HARD at the line of scrimmage. The eagles will be interested in developing his talent. The reason I dont mind the eagles taking a shot at Barham but have no interest in R Mason Thomas is because Barham is probably a day 3 pick. He is exceptionally raw.

He has more agility than I expected.Looks like a great prospect. Was a little turned off due to the Watkins NDSU connection but the difference is that this guy doesn't drop the ball. If they draft him in the 2nd that would be great

9 hours ago9 hr -Stribling top 64 pick so popular he is now turning down meetings because there is not enough time.-More draftable TEs than will be drafted because there are not enough spots.-Shouted out my guy Noah Whittington in the RBs section. -Treydan Stukes possible top 40 pick now, much different than scouts were talking about him in November.

Okoye was supposed to be elite, and was drafted as a 19 year old.. What he would become as a grown man was unfathomable. Except, he just busted out of the league pretty quickly instead.re: Demmings- In this draft, finding a 4 year senior is like finding gold. Faulk was thought to be 20, but it was determined last week that he’s actually 21 and will be 22 in October… so not really super young.
