Have you seen JJAW play football?

His 2020 highlights is blocking, fumble recovery for a TD, and a deep pass completion. Screw context.

I have i was hoping the gods just didn’t want to watch how bad the eagles are and say they didn’t know.

Allen just signed an $80M extension this year.

I don't know if he'll be great but he's good and his coaches help him out. Also nice to see another team other than the Pats win games in that division

Imagine if we had traded for Diggs. We’d be trying to throw him back shoulder fades and wondering why he can’t get open.

Wrong Allen. That’s Keenan

I must have missed that. So that’s good. Plays in our favor in terms of chase.

The athletic posted it in a story

Of them taking him or what would happen if they didn't?

I think I asked the blog this but can't remember. If both Chase and Sewell was on the board who would you take?

I know they like Jonah Williams at LT who they drafted #11 overall in 2019, but you’re right that they could kick him inside to LG and have an excellent left side of their OL.  That’s assuming Williams’ injury against MIA wasn’t too bad.

If they didn’t just another reason to hate him more. Lol

selfishly I want them to take Chase because I would love to have that type of wide receiver and watch him on the Eagles. However I know the Eagles are not going to take chase over Sewell if they follow their organizational philosophy.

I wasn’t head over heels about Deebo Samuel. I liked him but watching him in this offense I love that kid. He’s tough and you can get creative with him. His YAC is fun to watch. he’s gonna run through you. He runs angry. I would love to see them do some of route concepts and creativity stuff with jalen reagor

Man I’d love to have a Tre’Davious White on this team

If Sewell is there I’m guessing that’s who the eagles go with. I don’t think they’d pass up on that type of LT if he fell into their laps. Organizationally i don’t see them doing that. However i don’t see him falling past 3 where the bengals likely sit. It’s going to come down to chase, surtain, trey lance, pass rusher from Miami and byu QB in our current spot. I’m guessing since they talked glowingly about hurts last draft and have wentz they aren’t going QB. I would say the kid from Miami but I don’t think he’s like a Joey Bosa or a Nick Bosa or Chubb (Denver) where he’s in that same class. I think he needs to put on some more weight and it’s going to take him time to become the player you expect him to.

So to me I would get it down to chase or surtain. With the way the NFL is and the fact that I don’t think the wide receiving group is all that great even if Jalen reagor pans out to what they thought. I would go chase. Again I don’t love going wide receiver in round one two years in a row and won the previous year in round two. But the Eagles are not in the luxury of getting to pick and choose what position they want to go after that fits a need and they need to just go after who the best available player is when they’re picking.

If Sewell is there, there are three stupid teams in front of us.   If Surtain and Chase are available, unless he lays an egg at the Combine, I take Surtain.  I am fearful Chase has not grown in taking the year to prepare for the draft.

If Doug Pederson is still the Coach next year they really should look into trading Sanders. A good team like the Steelers would love to have him. No sense in keeping him to get 10 touches a game. Could possibly get two picks for him since he’ll have two years left.

Yeah he’s really good. I would argue behind only Gilmore and Ramsey.

i also really enjoy watching jaire Alexander. I really wanted him that draft. I knew there was no way he was falling to us.

Two picks, as in a 6th and a 7th?

Nobody gives up anything of value to trade for a RB.

I think Sanders could land a 3 and 5. He’s a proven commodity with tread on the tires. Someone would bite

Not unless one of those open GM jobs goes to Bill O’Brien

Any chance that if the Cowboys were picking in front of us in the top 5 that they'd take Chase just to screw the Eagles out of drafting a good WR?  😄

I mean they could find a way to free themselves from Cooper and let Gallup walk.

And?   Was DT the biggest need going into this season?   Wouldn't a CB like Bradberry, without giving up any draft capital have been money better spent?  And cost about the same as Hargrave?   Or... crazy idea, get Bradberry and Slay and then teams can't throw away from one side... not that they've been doing that with Slay.  They are attacking him right now.

So next year give me Surtain and Andre Cisco day one and two. Imagine Slay with Surtain and Cisco as the high safety.  McLeod as SS with Wallace playing Nickel/3rd S.

In time.  Reagor is working on becoming a polished NFL receiver and he seems to be getting better every week.  Once he truly learns the playbook and the route tree, so it comes naturally to him (right now you can tell he's doing a lot of thinking out there), then they will likely start to get really creative with him.  One step at a time.

I have a feeling Sanders may be nursing some sort of (undisclosed) injury.  Just a guess.

I really like Surtain.  I don't know Cisco... but I'd be looking to trade Slay.  This team needs youth, he won't be worth having when this team is good again.  He will have some value... saves a little cap space to help with clearing others and swallowing their hits... and gets us draft compensation to bring in some young people.

Of course, it won't matter unless there is new eyes looking at this roster and selecting players.

Nah, maybe if there was some Sooners he would bite

It wouldn't be their first mistake though.  I would have no problem drafting Sewell. If Dillard comes back and looks good in camp, then trade him for what you can get. OL have good trade value. Teams are in dire need of it.  I think this next draft should be used to build up both trenches and then use the following draft to fill in WR, LB, and secondary.  If the trenches are terrible, you can't compete.  We need to operate under the assumption that Lane and Brooks will never be the same players and that Kelce could retire.

I'd love to get Wyatt Davis for OG and Daniel Faalele for T. You could trade back a healthy amount, multiple times even, to load up on quality picks and still nab Davis around 18-20.
Imagine Jordan on one side and Daniel on the other. It's like having two mountains on the edges.

If you trade Slay, you need another CB in the draft.  It is a good class but losing that fourth (Avery) and sixth (Howard) hurts.

Cisco gambles and misses at times but he is not playing with a Slay and Surtain as I proposed. Think Slay speed and true S size.
