Their WR catching the ball and going to the house is what I remember most. The Hurts fumble was in the first or second quarter, though.

Just my opinion, but I think they signed Dalton to win the back up job. Now, very possible he gets cut, but Id say that for all 3 back up QBs depending upon roster decicions in August. Furthermore, I also think McKee's trade value is considerably overrated here. He is a back up QB only and the Eagles signed Dalton to challenge him for that role. Heck, the lefty may even surpass McKee as at least he can throw on the move.

It was 20-10 at that point birds were inside the Bucs 10 with over 3 minutes left. They score a td there was still plenty of time to get the ball back. The offense hadn’t done crap since the 1st quarter though. But the game was far from over. The SB that year was in San Diego which is where I was stationed…my roommate at the time was a raiders fan, I really thought the stars were aligned.

Losing to the Cards because Charlie had to play the starters vs the Braves in the last game even though the Cards were hot. Dumb and cost them a ring.

McKee has more potential. He has a better upside and would give them a better chance to win games. I don't know what his trade value is but we do know that teams asked the Eagles about trading him. I think the only way that Dalton is the back up is if McKee is traded. Finally, McKee is going to be gone after this season. The Eagles hope to get a comp pick when he signs with another team. What are the chances of that if he's demoted to the 3rd string after some supposed camp QB battle where 70% of the snaps will go to Hurts. Sure if McKee has to be sport starter and is bad, he will be demoted but absent that he's going to be the number 2.
May 19May 19 Any members here watch the fog bowl live ? I was born in 1990 so I obviously didn’t lol.. Recently watched a doc on it and forgot to ask your guys’ thoughts. That would be a hard friggin loss to get over man, the game shouldve been delayed but both coaches agreed to play on so what are ya gonna do 🤷♂️ The idea the football gods "cursed” or punished Buddy Ryan/Mike Ditka that day for their feud is an amusing thought to say the least - the way the fog cleared immediately upon the games completion.

Merrill was really struggling to describe the action. I felt bad for him

It was hard as hell trying to watch a football game in the fog. Randall threw for over 400 yards but the offense couldn't convert in the red zone and had to settle for field goals. If Keith Jackson doesnt drop a TD right in his hands, who knows how that game plays out. I think they had another drive where they scored TD's on consecutive plays but both were called back due to penalties.

Thank god I’ve been able to witness two! But to the spoiled youngins that have been able to witness 4 super bowls, 2 championships and a team since 2000 that has been one of the best since 2000 and still come on here and whine like little biatches…go live through Eagles football on the 80’s and 90’s….just fing awful. Buddy and the teams were at least fun but still came up massively short.
May 19May 19 The Hurts' fumble in the SB isn't even a bottom 3 Eagles play from that game. He was also THE reason we were in a position to win it.Worst Eagles' moment clearly the Ronde Pick 6. Nothing else comes close.
May 19May 19 The Ronde pick 6 is one of the more overrated ones. The score was 20-10. The Eagles still needed to score 10 points. There were 3 minutes left and they hadn't been able to move the ball all day. That game was already over. Everyone talks about that moment like the Eagles were down by 2 points and all they needed to do was not turn it over and they win the game. I mean it sucked, but the 2001 NFCCG INT to Aeneas Williams was worse. The Alshon drop INT was worse to me because it directly led to a loss. The 2006 Scott Young false start on the 4th down completion was worse and Andy Reid punting it. Tim Hightower 2008 NFCCG was worse or McNabb missing a wide open Hank Baskett. All these plays the Eagles have a high probability of winning if they don't happen, but if McNabb didn't throw a pick 6 vs the Bucs the Eagles still very likely lose. Will not include anything from the 2004 or 2022 Super Bowls because the Eagles were cheated in both and were the true winners of each. So can't complain about something you won.
