Believe Carolina was also nfc west until they went to the 4 divisions in each conference. At the time i believe 1999 the nfc was was those 5 teams. with cardinals in nfc east and seattle was still afc.

That would be Dallas week. Would be a nice time to begin showcasing him.If you are going to go with Milton as the starter it’s likely after the bye. Gives him a month here and 2 weeks to prepare him for his first start. I highly doubt they'd give him his first start him on a short week even if it is Dallas.

He’s the best QB/processor in this class but not quite the full package, at least not to the degree that some of the Day 2 prospects can’t get to the same place with the right coaching/seasoning/situation.
1 hour ago1 hr McKee is a backup who can catch lightning in a bottle here and there. He’s fine for a backup. And has the offense really looked that much worse with McKee in there compared to Hurts? I don’t think so. That game’s different last night with a healthy Saquan and Devonta on the field. I think the issue is Mannion. He just needs to go. Howie made a mistake giving him complete control of the offense. Siri isn’t a CEO head coach, he’s an administrative assistant head coach. Fire Mannion and just let Siri be in charge of the offense for the rest of the season. He’s earned that. Howie is probably too arrogant to admit he goofed.

However, I think he’d be firing him because the passing game has needed to be fixed from the end of 2023 until everything went to crap this year, and he hasn’t been able to do it. You can’t just keep hiring OCs and hoping they can fix the problem and doing so until one does. Even if #1 does, they are likely being hired to be a head coach somewhere else then. He is a head coach and an offensive minded head coach. He should be able to figure out these passing game problems, especially when Howie gave him a top 10 wide receiver in AJ Brown, another top 10 wide receiver in devonta Smith, a very good tight end any historic running game, which should’ve made the passing the ball easier. Except it was always like we were pulling teeth to get the passing game to be functionalWell, when the only thing your QB does on time is quotable one liners...

Fire Manion, put Siri in charge of the offense and play calling. Let him have control before you fire him. A soldiers death. No sense letting him bumble around press conferences defending an offense and defense that he has no control over.

How the hell do you create a functional passing game around your QB always throwing late? It's basically saying 'just ignore the plays and go play' when you do that.

It could be both for them who aren’t fit to fix the problem.Furthermore, his job is to be a CEO head coach and he’s not doing it well. Heck great job with a banged up Barkley on a snap count running in with 12 seconds left in the half thinking he could bust one at his current state

Falcons should've still been in the West when the Panthers joined the West.

I don't even really disagree? All I have to say is, I wish we could look at the work of past Eagles coaches with the same microscope.

All I have to say is, I wish we could look at the work of past Eagles coaches with the same microscope. And yet the offense still has issues. So what does that tell me? That Tanner is not good enough and the offense schematically and the system has issues. And that’s been part of the problem along with Jalen hurts’ flaws in the past. It’s hard to look past the coaching when guys aren’t playing hard. the defense quit the previous two weeks. special team has been a disaster on returns and largely besides Mann. we have questionable decisions by the head coach in using his personnel and game management. the Eagles routinely penalized as they have the 10th most penalties against them in the league. It’s hard for anyone to overlook the coaching when my head coach says we’re "tough. Detailed. Together.” They look anything but those three things. That’s why coaching gets talked about as we have those issues along with a passing offense that he and his coaching staffs haven’t been able to fix even prior to the injuries this year and had 2 pro bowl WRs and a good tight end. Again, this doesn’t absolve the quarterback from his issues and blame. But if we’re gonna just pretend the head coach has no part in this disaster and hasn’t been an issue in the past, that’s BS.

All of these Hurts trolls here have been rooting for the team and McKee to fail as soon as the blood clot news broke. They post about how bad McKee is looking even while he plays pretty well.Today wasnt so good, and they are thrilled. Although the OL ended more drives than bad throws by McKee did today. They want him pulled before starters come back so he really cant show up Hurts even worse than he already has.I want the Eagles to win more than anything, regardless of who is playing QB. Watching you repeatedly make a fool of yourself is a fun consolation prize, though!
