I will add though, as a reminder, that even in his worse seasons we still won 11 games. Yes, he had talent and the org/Howie were operating on all cylinders, but he does deserve credit too. People will miss this era of Eagles' football. More than likely, we'll never have a period of success like we did with as HC. Unreal winning percentage, two SB appearances, one win. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. We're not the Browns with some joke as HC.I’ll miss the era’s winning percentage and the two Super Bowl appearances. I won’t miss how annoying it was watching such an immensely talented team struggle so much while winning. I know that comes off as spoiled, but it’s the truth.

That would have been a great idea.In fairness there were some reports that lurie was close to doing it then and week 5 bye in 2024. I look at it this way, the Eagles pass offense for three years has been one of the bottom third in the league. Even before the injuries this year, it didn’t look right. If Lurie wants to run a Shanahan style Offense, then i don’t think it can be Nick Sirianni be the one to implement it. First off he doesn’t know it. Second cause of that he’s relying on all these other coaches to do it. And those coaches are not experienced enough or can’t be the teachers these guys need to be able to implement it the way it has to be done. this doesn’t take away hurts from the situation. Cause I really don’t think he fits that offense either. Imo I kind of think both of them have to move on if you wanna run a Shanahan type offense.
8 hours ago8 hr As I've been saying since the 2nd half, a Giants blowout next week to complete the trilogy of blowouts to divisional opponents could have the Eagles moving on from Sirianni at the bye week.My guess would be promote Mannion and then it is sink or swim for 9 or so weeks to either earn a chance at the HC job going forward after this season or no longer having a job with this organization at all, with obviously the odds leaning towards no job at all after the season.

I think all owners should be doing that. I don’t think she should be doing it on the sideline. I really think she should be doing it from the booth. I think down on the field. It’s kind of a distraction. It kind of makes it like a spectacle. It’s why you don’t see almost any other owner down on the field every single game.
8 hours ago8 hr Was watching replays and looking at Greenard. He is so easy to neutralize and has no juice or force out there. Carter got whooped by Cosmi. He's owned him both games this year. Davis and Carter invisible in the running game is not necessarily a problem that is going away. Been not good for 2 years now. Again, I see that as being soft and not fighting out there or being just lazy with applying effort. They seem to love avoiding contact and move backwards alot or get shed easily for their weight.
8 hours ago8 hr This team (players & coaches) have become extremely unlikable. Hoping for a major reset top to bottom. Sixers can get me through the next 2 years.
8 hours ago8 hr Sirianni with an interesting non-answer that presented ar shielding his coaches but not Mannion specifically on a quearion when he was asked about replacing him as play caller and Nick said he isn't thinking about amy of that right now before talking about how he feels for the players and coaches.

Their special teams have been disaster this year. The kickoff return unit stinks. The kickoff coverage stinks. Punt coverage seems to always get a penalty. The only things they had going for them was covey, Elliott and Mann. I’d also suggest firing Kuper. He sucks and this unit never looks like they are on the same page. I’d ask stoutland to come back for the fact i want him coaching up bell and Kendall

She probably loves the attention but it's showing up the coach/team.

That was one of the dumbest play calls you could’ve had because you already knew Barkley had dealing with a back issue and a hamstring. So why put him out there to potentially make it worse on a meaningless play. With his condition, he is not likely to bust a 70 yard run. Imo was idiotic. Imo that’s one of those things where i could see Lurie saying wtf are you doing as it’s common sense
8 hours ago8 hr 3 minutes ago, ManuManu said:Did the Eagles tell that to Barkley in a threatening manner?
8 hours ago8 hr Keep on climbing so the Eagles can have a chance to land Jeremiah Smith, a new cornerstone OT or best edge in the class.
