This isn't just saying they wanted a different scheme, it's saying they wanted a different coach. Total BS.Barkley likes under center runs, so maybe he talked about a different scheme. But different "voice?" Yeah - calling NFW on that. The players had no problem publicly saying in interviews in more than one season that they wanted to change things up and run the ball more. This is the kind of spin that goes from ideas to improve the offensive scheme or game plan to "the players wanted the change." It's absurd. Of all the gossip and rumors, suggesting the players wanted Stout gone is absurd.

It's like he never watched tape from last year after he was hired. T hey still thow out bunch formations asking Calc to block. Also, if they really want to tank just put Mundt out there as a starter. Worst TE I think I have ever seen on the Eagles.
43 minutes ago43 min Mannion must have impressed in interviews, and even in camp with guys praising him. But he only had 2 years coaching at all before this. He needed more time before attempting to be an OC. The times they hired from within and then this move were all inexperienced guys. That's fine in a rebuild, but a SB contender you should have an experienced coordinator come in. With the Eagles skill players it should be fairly simple for an experienced OC to get basic production.

37 minutes ago37 min "What I see is a guy that has had very, very little practice. I mean, when I say very little. Minuscule. He’s missed all of training camp, missed the first two weeks of the season, no practice. Started practicing, was on a pitch count, played 19 plays. It was going to increase the next week, got hurt early in that game, didn't finish that game, didn't play the next game. He's been limited in practice. Contrary to some people's popular belief, practice is important and he has had next to none. There's no pill, there's no magic potion. You can watch all the tape you want. You can sit in meetings all you want. You can do walkthroughs all you want. Guy's got to practice. He’s just not into a groove. He's not comfortable in our system totally and what we want him to do. It's not because he doesn't know or doesn't want to, it's just hadn't executed it. Walkthroughs are an assignment check. It's not an execution. I don't know if I've had a guy that's had so little practice.”Vic has said similar before, that some people don't think practice is important. I wonder who he's referring to when he says that.

5 minutes ago5 min I just can't help but to LMFAO at our: coaches, players, systems (O and D), depth chart, injuries, Front Office, etc......What an ish show of an NFL Team/Season. Hopefully, it can only get worse. For me, it started with the Roster Construction. Four TEs and Four QBs!!! Out of those 8 roster spots, only two were good (Hurts and Goedert). Four average to below average Safeties. Two decent WRs. Old and injured OL. W. T. F. ////end Tuesday evening rant......
