I just like the fighting)To appease a disgruntled member of my wife's family who was an WMU grad, I imported the YouTube highlights video in an NLE to do a frame by frame analysis of the end zone angle of WMU's last FG with 38 seconds left in the 4th. You can see from that angle that the clock shown on the score overlay matches the stadium clock as it ticks down from 37s to 36s to 35s before the camera pans away. Meaning NBC's feed couldn't have drifted any more than 33ms (gap between individual frames of a 1080p30 broadcast). They have a strong case if it's true that the refs must use the stadium clock rather than this super secret relay review clock that nobody can see in real time.

It’s fun as hell, but, since this is your first game, get into the Linc as soon as possible, as there’s so so much to do in there. The tailgate experience can be had for a longer time if you ever (should) come up for a second or third Eagles game. Also, by getting into the Linc as early as you can, the ticket line to enter the stadium, the concessions lines, the bathroom lines, etc…will be a bit shorter. I learned this lesson the hard way, many many years ago. 😎What time would you recommend getting to the Linc for a 1pm game? I’ve also decided I’m probably gonna buy a parking pass and drive myself to the game since I plan on heading home right after the game

Opens between 10-10:30.Walk over to chickie and Pete's. Quick bite to eat. Walk back or sometimes take their free shuttle back over depending on time or weather.By the time you get back you'll be able to access the plaza outside the stadium, and the pro shop. And then, they'll open the stadium so you can walk around and then go find your seats.

September 8Sep 8 I hope the Michigan final score is overturned and given to Michigan. For too long have society's sheep just accepted "The final score is what it is and we must accept it as truth." No, we don't. Illegitimate is illegitimate. And next up: MLB acknowledging the 2009 and 2022 Phillies as the champs and NFL acknowledging the 2004 and 2022 Eagles. Never too late to do the right thing and join the side of truth and reality. Some of us are already there(me).

Not consecutively of course. The 38-0 shut out was the season opener for the team in 98. The season didn't get any better after that loss.

Sounds early, yes, but, the time before a game, it goes by very very very quickly. Too quickly. So, you will want to enjoy, as much as possible, the game day experience. Which means…..GET INTO THE GAME/STADIUM as soon as you can. It’s awesome in there. Kudos to the Eagles for making the "game day fan experience” so much fun.And IMO, getting the parking pass, to which you speak of, is a smart choice. I live in Delaware, so I always drive to a game, and then drive back home right after. It’s such a pleasurable car ride home after an Iggles win. 😊

It would be unprecedented and out of character given the NCAA's past decisions on somewhat similar matters.

There's also a Hard Rock Cafe around the corner, if you want to see some WAS losers but they probably will have jumped into the Potomac by then.
September 8Sep 8 App_Eagle,The Christmas Village thing, if I’m thinking of what it actually is, is stupid as hell. My wife and I walked through it in like 15 minutes. And we both said "That was IT??!!” A bunch of "Christmasy booths” selling overpriced, silly knickknacks. It was a craft/crap show, that’s all. Skip it.
September 8Sep 8 I lived in Philly for school from '04-'12 and went to every home game with my Dad before moving to Pittsburgh for work. Moved to NY metro area 7 years ago and generally go to home opener. And, to be honest, I guess I'm old now because it's a freaking headache getting in and out. When my son is old enough to get into it, I'll probably start doing the games again.
