I pretty much said everything negative that can be said about Wicks. I'm in my positivity era. which will last till see Hurts killing drives again.

Exhibit A in why you won't take a TE early in fantasy. If they hit they're great but if they don't you're absolutely screwed in a way that doesn't usually happen with RBs or WRs.

You had a team that was actively tampering with our star WR, poisoning the well since before last season. You have that diva WR that then quit on this team last year by quitting on plays and basically quitting in the playoff game. Not to mention his just general lack of focus and negativity all last season that just cast a dark cloud over everything for a team that was trying to repeat as Super Bowl Champions. Not to mention, we get a draft pick.

Some week 1 impact of a Seahawks loss against an out of conference opponent is not worth more than the hate watch of the Patriots and AJ Brown. Seeding difference for the Eagles will come down to their game against each other in December.

I wonder if he brought the gotee back because he is so used to wearing a chin strap with a little bit of beard on his chin and just the mustache was throwing him off with how he felt wearing his helmet. Maybe on some superstitious level.

I’m weirdly optimistic about Hurts in this offense, especially in the regular season. My concern is if we’re scheming up people in the regular season and we can’t play "big boy ball” in the postseason. Hopefully that part carries over from previous deep runs.

Hoping we see a version of Hurts with better calibrated risk management. I know we’ve been obsessed with turnover differential and its correlation to winning, but inflating that by playing like a wuss isn’t the answer. Carson had a great turnover differential and still sucked most years.
