October 5Oct 5 If Lane comes back, would it be plausible to put Kendall at LG, Lampkin at C, and Bell at RG? I think that would give us our best run blocking oline. As long as they were competent in pass blocking I think we’d see much improvement as the season went on. Not too impressed with Steen and I don’t think Lampkin is best suited for LG

They will go that direction first and start to fill in the oline in the rest of the draft and free agency. If not then Oline is a must first

What? The point of drafting a QB high is to get a guy who can win a SB. He may not be ideal but they already have one. Same guy who played better than Mahomes twice. What an overreaction. The convo should be equally about where is this Championship defense at, that we spent 100's of millions on. Nothing is happening until that materializes. And it hasn't. Those last 8 minutes were abominable, in losing a 10 point lead. Giving up 2 long drives with 98 and 79 yard drives, making this defense look like Swiss cheese.

If you look at it the offense was losing 4 key starters, at minimum. The defense with losing Baun (with Trotter being a very capable backup) and Q injury was mid game. Carter was an upgrade. I think they need to close that game knowing the circumstances and DNA of this team. The starting offense looked like a preseason roster and Hurts. And a terrorist on the OL. That's the reality of it.

The best players need to play, period. I don’t know how he can watch Jurgens week to week and not see that he’s a huge liability. Literal definition of insanityHe has no choice. He's so awful at head coach they've taken literally every other duty away from him so he's forced to be a cheerleader coach. He's beholden to the players because if he loses them, there's quite literally nothing else to justify employing him. Thats why he's always wearing hats and jerseys with guys' numbers on it like some fanboy. I'm so beyond sick of his amateur hour act. He's so far in over his head

Still running his mouth , after a loss while being the one to give up the game winning catch. Says he’s not going to provide bb material as an opening statement to his bb material. He has no control over his own off button. He can make plays on the field sometimes but he’s not worth it in my opinion, just an annoying person. It never came out besides it was taunting. It was second unsportsmanlike penalty though which is why he got ejected

That's not a flaw.the difference between him and Allen both needing help is that Jalen makes the team worse.

I dont know...Im very interested in trading for someone like Stetson Bennett since the Rams seem to hate him and he is awesome every time he gets to play. Find a guy like that.Wish we drafted Nussmeier this year...Yeah, Nuss would’ve been a nice hedge. I agree, a journeymen with upside versus most of the half baked RPO QBs coming out of college, might be the new path.

That would be a 10-7 record with OCs who will never ever get a job as OC again.A smart man looks at this and demands tanner McKee. We just need someone who can pass it really fast

Nothing. What has Hurts done? Won a SB and almost another while Allen has never been to one. In fact he beat the same Chiefs defense Allen lost to the game before and did so when they focused on taking his biggest weapon away. It's a team sport so I love when people say Hurts needs talent around him as a criticism and ignore the fact that so does every QB and even then they don't have what it takes to win. Talent alone doesn't win you one either. Hurts may drive me nuts and piss me off most of the time (even yesterday), but they are still lucky to have him. This we need to go into rebuild mode vs getting a better line, improving the defense, and getting a coach who has a clue is beyond me. Again, the point of getting any QB is the ability to win a SB. They already have that even with all his flaws. I wish they had a QB who could shred defenses, but until another falls out of a tree I'll gladly take him.

October 6Oct 6 Mannion was just heading out to the parking lot to try and find an actual Chad QB who won't be a **** and spend the whole game running away from the defensive linemen bearing down on him.Chad QB is never affected by the pass rush. In fact, he can sense the pass rush before it even comes.Even if the entire interior OL immediately whiff on their blocks, he steps up and delivers the pass because he welcomes that adversity. That's the QB we need, man
October 6Oct 6 I don’t want another short QB. Hurts is listed at 6’1 but has always looked more like 6’0 to me. Find a 6’3 or 6’4 prospect with a plus arm, even if you’ve got a longer training curve. Give him a season with a clipboard. Not impressed with Arch Manning, Dante Moore straight-up blows. Better for the Eagles if they go at the top of the draft. Sellers has good size and athleticism but he can’t throw. I don’t want a "dual-threat QB” who is 90% legs and 10% arm. That Mestmaker kid looks slightly intriguing, but I’m not sure he can move at all. A good QB prospect in today’s NFL does need decent mobility.
October 6Oct 6 Feel like there’s no world where Hurts stays and Sirianni goes or vice versa. Think if it continues down this path then both are gone for a completely clean slate. Hurts won’t play next year on current contract, right?
