That's certainly an opinion, but everyone's entitled to one?Ideally you have a coach that can own one side of the ball, so that you limit your turnover to the other side.

He's not Josh or Stafford and he's never going to be. He will miss open people when he has a bad OL.I liked you better when you were voted number 1 in the racist bracket. You turned into a squirter

Then after 3 years, they made the change to Todd Monken, and he was MVP again. It's almost like you can embrace a new offense and play well in it.Sure, but it would be even better if his play caller was a fixture and could offer even more longevity and stability.
October 5Oct 5 Sirianni is such an insufferable ****. The best players need to play, period. I don’t know how he can watch Jurgens week to week and not see that he’s a huge liability. Literal definition of insanity

Though if you want to do that, you might at least want to try to remember what the original post you're talking about said. Since the post you're referring to was me confirming you had no reasoning or basis for claiming that Sirianni directly causes the frequent cycling of his OCs. It had no relevance to any 'false pretenses' or whatever you want to call it.

That's who he is though. It's not his fault his LG hit the ball in his hands, his WR didn't get "off the f'ing ball" on the first play and the coaches didn't adjust in the 2nd half, or everyone was hurt. On the list of things to blame you have to start with Nick, Cam, Howie, injuries, before you get to Hurts.I don't know if Cam was bigger issue than Hurts in the last game. Howie's roster construction at the TE and WR positions is a big issue. On the one hand, Howie deserves a lot of credit for getting Wicks and Lemon. Cooper has also been great. The problem is not having a WR that is a good blocker. The TE issue is self explanatory. I don't know if Howie deserves blame for not replacing Jurgens. Kendall has stepped in and they may have an upgrade in Lampkins over Jurgens. Howie deserves blame for keeping Dalton over potential depth at positions of need. Sirianni is a problem. His game day decisions have been questionable. Arguably, his emphasis on not turning the ball over has negatively impacted Hurts and the offense. He isn't an offensive guru that can fix the problems we see. On the other hand, he is a winning coach that has won a Super Bowl, in part, because he made the right calls at the right time. He also has been stubborn in a way that has negatively impacting the coaching staff. He does not have a great relationship with Hurts. There were trust issues between them in 2023. I think there were problems last season. Hurts does not trust Sirianni on some level to be able to fix the problems on offense. Cam is bad. He needs to be benched. Hurts was bad on Sunday. I don't think benching him improves the problem. The problem may not be resolvable from Hurt's perspective. He either is coached into making what he thinks are riskier throws or he is coached to not create a turnover. The team and Sirianni may believe Hurts is incapable of executing the offense.

Watching the whole game Hurts also had plays with time in the pocket and held onto the ball, rolled out too fast or had a bad read or throw.Yes the Oline, mainly Cam is a problem and has contributed to some of Hurts play issues. But at the same time Hurts has a ton of downfalls of his own that are effecting this team as well. Lets be true and not keep using the "He wins games" comments. "He has a SB". Yes he won the SB in an amazing played game by him. But look back on the season in 24, he was a avg QB with an amazing Oline and a HOF winning year out of his RB. The OC had to change the offense to a 65% running scheme cause Hurts couldn't "adapt" to passing heavy scheme with new concepts. That SB run was on Coaching to start to see the QB's limits and adjusting to the Barkley show. Problem is teams recognized that and in 25 they schemed to stop the run game first and let Hurts beat them with his arm. We saw how that turned out. Every year there is another excuse for Hurts poor execution. As of yesterday we have already seen a slip back from the new offense scheme to go back to the previous years (Shotgun pretty much all game and abandoning the under center scheme in which Mannion was brought in for)I honestly dont care who is a Hurts supporter and hater. Its all just empty talk back and forth. In the end this year is a test for Hurts to see if he can progress and develop his game, no more excuses. If he does not improve he will not be here in 27. Have to read the signs. If there was no chance they were giving up on him, the FO would have restructured his contract already. There is a reason they have not even considered it this year.I know his limitations. When he is jumpy that's what you get.Nick is horrible with decisionsThe OL suckedCam in particular not only sucked but almost knocked the ball loose from HurtsHowie put 3 horrible TEs on the roster in a scheme designed to lean heavily on themSmith, Barkley, and later Tank were injuredNo adjustments after the half for the 4th game in a rowThe offense looks a lot like Nick has his hand in things too much againWith those things and watching him for years you are shocked he had a rough game? He didn't play well. My issue is there are a lot of things wrong with that team before we get to him.As far as progressions one of his biggest was he doesn't throw in the middle, which the Titans game proved wrong in the first half.

As you may have noticed, the amount of coaches in the NFL that can own their side of the ball in the face of consistent film analysis are far and few between, especially because the NFL currently has a strong resistance to hiring defensive head coaches. A lot of offensive head coaches either bust or can't handle the scrutiny of film long term. Or can't run a locker room of men.

With the 3rd downs he had it as 3 Hurts' fault, 2 the play call fault, the rest on the execution/OL.Page and Huff's shtick is to blame everything on the OC every year. Not doing it again this year. People tried to blame everything on Patullo last season. I and others tried to tell people there was a lot more to it and even beyond Hurts. And they're starting the same BS again this year.
October 5Oct 5 In the end all this back and forth talk of whose fault who's to blame Etc don't really even matter. The front office is the only one that matters. Now my opinion, I don't think the QB or the head coach will be here in 2027. They're not going to get rid of one and not the other. They're both on the same trajectoryHowever no one's going to even know anything because we are not making those decisions. We'll find out and roughly January / February

October 5Oct 5 Basically the following are all true:The scheme, play design sucksThere is a chance it sucks because the coaches believe it's the only scheme the QB is comfortable with. We don't know this to be true, but it is a possibility.Even with the scheme sucking, there are plays to be made there every game that are not made because the QB either doesn't see the open man, doesn't get rid of the ball in time, gives up on a play too easily or the OL messes up the blocking assignments.Put all that together and you get an offense that sucks at everything and throws for under 100 yards and can't get first downs. Everyone sucks at their job right now, and especially so when you're missing Devonta, Goedert, and Saquon.

Is there some point you think you've made? Also, wasn't there another part of that post you're forgetting? Any idea what it was? Or is the "Don't Care" coming again to make Mr. Crybaby feel better?
