Was that Steen clown still turning his head about 1 second before the snap like he did on the road all last year?

He was running and lunged to beat a guy who was trying to trip him up from behind. Looks to be a hamstring. He left without putting any weight on his right leg.

Hamstring might not be too bad then. He probably can’t run, but he should be able to throw with a bum Hammy.

54 yards if they gain nothing is not out of FG range in 2026.

He was hoping and ignoring basic logic and sound strategy.

If he asked the Titans which they would want they would take the penalty.

I get it but they limited them to 5 yards On 2nd down. If they get the stop on 3rd it’s still not an automatic field goal. But that same 5 yard play on 3rd down if they hadn’t backed them up makes the FG way easier. They just don’t make the stop they needed go but the strategy was fine.

He was carted off and when he walked off the field 2 trainers had to assist him so he put no weight on the leg.

There will be a doctor on YouTube who will have an opinion on what he saw. I will link it when I see it.

Reality is you have to move as a QB

And I am telling you with certainty that good NFL head coaches decline the penalty there just about every time.

5 yards is never worth and extra play plus they get to run more clock.

His superior players at QB and WR won a game that Siri lost.

Eagles beat Titans the last time they played, Hurts had over 300 yards and sat out the 4th qtr.

Saleh is smoke and mirrors like the Buccs, they always caught Hurts Aeagles with injuries and less than stellar offensive mind on the other side. The jets game Lane didn’t play, Hurts had been playing injured Dallas had that weird int mishap and BJ was OC. Patullo was OC vs Niners and AJ. Saleh never beat Hurts with Kellen or Manion.

He took over playcalling for this game. It was his Super Bowl…Eagles are still big ticket in peoples minds, that’s why they run plays we run or think we should run against us.

Yes, you are correct, forgot Hurts & AJ beat up the Titans last time my bad...

He's not going to play next week. He probably not done for year but he's going to miss time.

🧐

The fact everyone seemed pretty sure we had declined the penalty said a lot. That was the logical smart move but of course our HC is Sirianni.

That sack avoid where Hurts stayed up and after a spin threw the ball away legally was fantastic.

People are still out here doubting Jalen Hurts' ability in crunch time. That's adorable. People still questioning Sirianni's decision making, when he's one of the most winningest (yuk, hate that word) head coaches of all time. Bless you.

People still out here doubting Smitty? No, nobody ever was or is, because he is that guy we always knew he was when we drafted him. Smitty is a damn monster. I loved AJ but Smitty will prove to be the better player and have the better career.

Jalen, Siri, Smitty - winners. They just win. We are blessed to have them.

2-0 after not playing well, in a new scheme, I'll take it no matter how it comes.

Go Birds, dopes.

Why does d**kheads change to dopes?

Hindsight my man. Either way needed 22 or 23 yards on 3rd down. They got 27. But if they declined it and still got the 27 yards, they end up at the Eagles 10 and maybe end up scoring a TD rather than settling for a FG. The field position mattered

Those people spank one off while listening to Spike Eskin.

They have to change out their sticky Tanner McKee posters every few weeks.

They regularly accuse me of sex acts because I like the greatest QB in Eagles history and all the winning with elite statistics.

Names don't matter. They are all completely worthless.

Imagine spending the end of SB LIX crying that Sweat or Fangio should be MVP. 🤡💩

Imagine being upset right now that Hurts won.

Its not hindsight. It is the wrong call today, yesterday, and tomorrow.

Mike and Merrill were shocked that they took the penalty but you know better.

I'm done talking to a brick wall on this one. Feel free to stay wrong on the subject.

I do question Hurts when I see him looking around and failing to read the defense. And he wasn't perfect today. But...

...that final drive was OUTSTANDING!!! He found receivers, hit with accuracy...

That was the kind of drive that we dream of.

In fairness to him, he had almost no running game to keep the pass rush off of him. He had no Dallas Goddard to be there when he needed it. And the OL struggled again.

Even the second interception wasn't on him so much. He was hit as he threw.

Hurts was solid today.

Can’t argue with the record but Nick regularly makes awful bone headed calls.

😂 ok bud. Thought we had a civil debate going but we can agree to disagree and move on

Siri is 3-4 without Hurts. 3-5 if you count the DC game that Hurts missed most of. Its all Hurts and no Siri.

Switzer was a complete moron and he was 40-24 with 5 playoff wins and a ring.

I am shocked that Kotite continually remembers to feed himself and he was coach of the year in Philly.

Caleb Williams Medical Take:

Whatever, our DR on the post game show said he heard williams had a hamstring injury and was carted off the field, cant beat that kind of analysis

Unfortunately, I was watching the game with a crowd and the volume was down. Plus, people kept trying to have a conversation with me.

How did Kendall and Jurgens do? It was hard for me to focus on the details of the game like I usually do.

Herbert is 0-2 at home vs Arizona and Vegas who are 0-2 when not facing Herbert.

Both losses are by double digits.

He has 2 TDs and 3 picks (one was not his fault)

His team has scored 17 and 14.

He has 410 net yards - the 3 sacks from today so about 200 yards a game.

He just stood like a statue in the end zone so his OL had to hold so he would not be sacked for a safety... but its still a safety.
