Offensive lineman literally PLAY with torn and sprained ACL's.   It's not nearly the amount of "recovery time" as it is for other positions.  Really depends on the extent of the tear, cartilage damage, etc.

Right.  AND it's OFFENSIVE LINE.  During the 80's - 90's these guys used to put a brace on it and finish the season with torn ACL's.
